"Shame! That 's what I felt today when eating in this so cute place in Gijòn. The place is beautiful, the waitresses are very friendly and professional and the food is DIVINE, but I had never experienced a situation like yesterday with the gentleman who received us upon arrival. We had made an online reservation for 5, that same noon a diner was indisposed and I cannot attend. We arrive at the premises and are greeted by a man with glasses who, when we tell him that we are 4, not 5, rebukes us commenting how come you didn 't warn me before? Well, I lost a table of 6 that could have seated you at one of 4 . Bad manners, tone and certainly out of place. Gentleman, the ins and outs of a business stay for you. A mechanic does not tell a client that he is tired of changing wheels or a dealer who would be earning more by putting an implant and not your filling. Please, refrain from turning a pleasant meal into an uncomfortable memory and make your restaurant a place to enjoy and recommend in all respects. We assure you that yesterday you have not only lost a table of 6, but also 5 diners with their families and acquaintances and future special occasions."
