"After I had brought my mother-in-law back to her hotel after dinner, my wife and I went to this bar for a drink. After a beautiful glass red wine, each my wife ordered a vin santo and I ordered a glass rosso di moltalcino. when the drinks arrived, I asked the waitress if she was sure that my wein rosso di moltalcino was because it wasn't as good as I expected. she was sure it was. When I went to the drinks, I asked to see the bottle for the rosso because it was not a wee I wanted to have again. the waitress showed me the bottle that was safe enough rosso di moltalcino. when the bill arrived, she showed brunello di moltalcino, who is a “experience” wein and costs much more than the rosso. I have pointed out the error to the waitress who took the bill away to check. a short time another lady came to say there was a mistake and that I thought I had rosso, but I actually had brunello. I advised the lady that this was not correct and that I had checked what I had with the waitress. the lady said she would charge the lower price, although I had the brunello. I said, “Thank you, but I didn’t have the brunello, I paid for what I had.” my wife pointed out that we paid the correct lower amount. the dame “lost the land” and began to shout before all those who “do not want our money, they did not need our money. they owned the bar” we found it unbelievable that someone I would treat their position on this wise, including try to present themselves better than in any wise than we did because they owned the bar. a terrifying approach from someone in a customer service business ."

Our server was excellent. He was very helpful when we were ordering coffee, explaining the differences to what we are used to drinking. We stopped again a couple days later, and he remembered us.

Delicious and hearty breakfast sandwiches were a perfect before half a day at the Uffizi. The location and ambiance in the Piazza del Duomo is incredible, we'll definitely be back on our next trip!

Caffe with nice view and seats both out and indoors and has free wifi. We ordered a tuna salad, coffe and crepes with ice-cream and fruits and were very satisfied with everything. The waiters aren't very attentive but friendly if you ask them

we had our bistecca there it was a beautiful location and we were with a perfect steak with a Chianti reduction... the house chianti was meh! but that's what they get when they order halfway...the waiting staff was really good attention and spoke 3 very...well...a student works hard to make it.

we thought of a fast drink and snack and due to the situation expected that the price higher than average. my wife ordered a few biscotti with her coffee and she was calculated for each of the four tiny cookies that arrived, €2.30. it was not clear that it was pro biscuit that it was this excessive amount for and it was blackmailed! Remember how many packages of cookies they could buy for the €9.20, we paid for 4 tiny cookies, each smaller than a jammy dodger! slip off, be warned!

Locale accogliente situato di lato al Duomo di Firenze in posizione strategica. Per la cena di San Silvestro proponeva un menù molto assortito con la possibilità di scegliere vassoi di stuzzichini per aperitivo, primi piatti, secondi e dessert, oltre che vegetariani, da condividere tra due persone ad un prezzo medio.Personale molto gentile e disponibile ad adeguare il menu per persone con intolleranze alimentari. Rapporto qualità/prezzo, tenuto conto della serata particolare, molto buono.
