It was great evening, payed 25 euro for couple dinner with bottle of local wine, just great experience recomend!!

Delicious food, friendly staff, moderate price! We stayed 7 days in Scily, this restaurant offers one of the most delicious seafood. I recombinant fish scouté and risoto with seafood!

After a really long walk looking for somewhere to eat we decided to go to the city center, near to which this place is located. The pasta we ordered was amazing and generously portioned. Nonetheless, I would not take any antipasti since it will probably be too much food.

We found this restaurant on a day trip into Catania. The waitress was warm and welcoming. Although we were the only people in there, for an early lunch, we felt relaxed, and enjoyed quick service, with generously proportioned and tasty meals, in a pleasant environment. Pizzas, pastas and salads were all good.

Set just 5 mins walk from the tourist restaurants near the Duomo the food is amazing We had a selection of meats sausages horse meat, pork in pistachios these dishes were only 3 to 7 euro each we had 5 which was plenty for the two of us With a bottle of wine and a bottle of water the total bill was 41 euro Add to the a wonderful waitress Gretta who helped us through the menu ....perfecto Voir le carte

We arrived at the restaurant by chance as the ine we were targeting was fully booked! We did not except much but were rather hopeful being in Catania... it exceeded our expectations! I had the penne norma- simple but leaving a taste hart to forget! My husbant had the impepata de cozze- lovely taste! Excellent! Good service and fair pricing! Well come back for sure! We came in around 20 when it was relatively quiet. But soon it started to be pretty full. 20:30 and after it was packed. We started by asking about the local wine and had our eye on one but asked advise and got reccomend another. Excellent choice. (see picture) a local dry white wine with a decent amount of acid which was exactly our taste. Together with the wine, to start, we took basic bruschettas and deep fried mozzarella. Basic flavors but so tasty. The food is cheap but back to basics when it's come to taste. Just how I think it should be. A great pesto.. I really wanted to try the horse meat meatballs since all “Catanesi” recommend them, and they’ll tell you to visit the area near the Ursino Castel for the best places. I got lucky to find this nice, clean restaurant nearby and I read good reviews online so I entered. They had a few horse meat dishes but I ordered this mixed platter which gave me a good sampling.
