Super nette Lokation mit leckerem Essen. Die Käsespätzle sind zu empfehlen. Bratkartoffeln mit Leberkäs sind auch lecker.

Sehr schöne Berghütte. Schön gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Die Speisen sind ordentlich und die Preise moderat. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Very nice mountain hut. Love conditions and good food. Portions are rich. Nice place to rest and to acclimate for the further path. Greeting to the nice services.

Haben uns nach den Öffnungszeiten bei Google orientiert, wird hier wohl nicht aktualisiert das Dienstags plötzlich auch Ruhetag sein soll. Sind mit dem Auto eine Stunde hierher unterwegs gewesen und dann sowas. Selbst auf dem eigenen Schild ist Dienstag geöffnet. Waren hier oben nicht alleine die verärgert und enttäuscht wieder den Weg nach unten angetreten sind! Ganz schwach! Rooms: 1

Today there was a lot of things going on at noon. You could better prepare for this, because 45min wait for a 2nd frying pan cheese is too long. Everything worked a little unorganized and hectic. A guest had to ask 3x to pay. One day before we were at the Ostlerhütte, which was also full. But there was the service after 2min at the table.The cheese parrots are especially praised here, but so outstanding they were not now and rather average.The cottage itself is very rustic and cozy, is easily reachable at the descent from the middle station to the valley.

After a long hike we came to the Kronenhütte mountain lodge on a recommendation from Helmut (Curly) and were warmly welcomed by Lisa and the Junior Chef. The Kronenhütte with its ambience has impressed us completely. We ate sensation cheese and then by far the best Kaiserschmarrn, which we ate on a hut in countless holidays in Allgäu and Austria. Both dishes are an absolute must and must not be missed. Since we have friends in Allgäu, the Kronenhütte mountain lodge will definitely become part of our journeys.
