"amazing food!! all praises goes to the kitchen staff! Food was fast to be placed on the table and it was warm!! Lovely food! Service Staff on the other hand… not warm at all. Waited 20mins to be served (take our order (food drinks then took another 30 mins to get the cheque. Upon giving the cheque, took another 10 mins to get the card machine. We were totally annoyed as it was into the late hours (11:30pm) and it was taking forever to pay for our amazing meal! In the end, we had to walk to the counter to pay since no one was coming to our area, there we saw all 4 waiters seating and chatting among themselves! We were not the last in the restaurant and was one of the first table within the booking slot to leave. Service Staff needs better improvements! Totally disappointment of the staff as it made the entire dinner a horrible experience. Only praises to the chefs working in the background. Total disappointment. Don’t come here unless you are willing to wait long times to get any proper services."

Fantastic modern cuisine with Japanese influences. Service was spot on and the ambience was great. Some of the best food we’d had in Firenze. Particularly enjoyed the tuna aperitivo and lamb ragu.

Best ever apple dessert. Best ever pasta dish. Best ever bread. Really good wine pairings. Really good risotto. Best ever complimentary mini starter bun. Best artichoke dish. Really one of the best dinner experiences we 've ever had. Over 2 hours of relaxed dining with wonderful, attentive, friendly service. Price was so worth it!
