"The hotel is located not too far from Ulm city. There are good public transport links to the city centre. The original brewery seems to have been a brilliant old fashioned building. The new part is a mix of concrete, glass and plywood, which someone, in a fit of enthusiasm, decided to label as a wooden room Parking is free : Check in was superb and the lady at the till did try to help us with the aircon. I liked the onsite restaurant. The menu was decent. The facilities were clean and neat. Breakfast was quite good and they have a proper fruit juicer. The checkout was smooth. However, the main problem was the air conditioning system: One side of the room (facing the setting sun, for my sins is glass, so the whole room had a brilliant green house effect. The aircon was meant to be 19 degrees, but it was nowhere close to 19 and the room was unbearably hot. I tried setting the system and, to her credit, the lady at the reception did help me, but sadly the night was very uncomfortable. The only relief was obtained by opening the window, however, this faced the restaurant area and there were people there. So if you think that it is a hotel with air conditioning and you can relax during the hot summers, think twice! You have been warned. I have knocked off a star from the rating for this reason."

this place was excellent and we had a great time. I suggest to stay here, the staff was very helpful, the beer is good, simple basic and clean. will be back soon.

Bit expensive for the taste. Setting is good, calm and very neat! Service is also good. My rating is for the expense. Good parking and place is easy to find. Staff is very friendly.

Super schön, ABER: Waren mit ebikes auf dem Weg von Göppingen an den Gardasee. Es war auf der gesamten Reise der einzigste Ort, wo wie nicht aufladen durften. Nicht mal gegen Bezahlung. Wir hätten ja auch Mittag gegessen!!! Wirklich katastrophale Hilfsbereitschaft. Service: 1 Voir le carte

Hotel was good, clean, modern, good bed. Restaurant was chaotic, we ordered a starter and a main, but this caused quite some confusion and in the end the starternever came, we ordered beer, got the wrong type. Looking around us too the other guests, they also did not always get what they ordered. Some more professionalism would help.

Rooms: Neuwertige und große Zimmer mit einen schönen Badezimmer mit Dusche. Leider hört man die angrenzende Bahnlinie. Aber ab ca. 22.00 Uhr bis 6.00 Uhr ist es ruhig. Food drinks: Sehr gute Auswahl an Bieren mit angeschlossen Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen (z.B. Rühreier und Speck). Noteworthy details: Das Hotel hat eine eigene Brauerei mit einer köstlichen Bierauswahl. Das dazugehörige Restaurant konnte ich leider nicht testen.
