"I have taken two lunches here between the visits to the composing quarter and the Brahms Museum, which is currently a few doors away. also the hamburg museum and the michaeliskirche are not far away. the atmosphere is friendly and formal, the personal speaks excellent English and likes to explain what is on the menu (currently only in German). the menu seems to be "modern German" and shows the influence of many international cuisines. in addition to other à la carte dresses there is a special luncheon daily. the vegan bohnencurry with tempeh was delicious. more specials in juli: Rucola-Ravioli with rehstretched and strawberry-balsamico-Jus. or baked red-bark on cream wesing with tomato roast. or Umbrischer spanferkelbraten with marinated vegetables and rosmarinkartoffeln. I was tempted to try an unusual but refreshing organic robe drink that would also work well as scorle! the place is also an ideal stop for coffee and cakes/pie, and I have heard that they are open to dinner. (I understand the restaurant replaces the now closed to the old senator)."

Delicious cakes, good coffee, beautiful ambience, fair prices and a real Hamburger original as waiter. What else do you want?

Very nice ambience, it is definitely worth going there because of the atmosphere and the beautiful area. The service is always super friendly, I would even say cordially: you feel really welcome. The food is quite expensive and there is no such great choice. More like a place to drink coffee/kitchen

when I spent 2 days in the hotel baseler hof, I had to eat breakfast and dinner in the Kleinhuis. very disappointing for the award with 4 stars! the kitchen was not able to prepare a good vegan menu (spaghetti with tomato sauce is not what I expected!), but the price was good for 4 stars! I'll never be back.

We were here spontaneously after a visit to the big new market. Have a place for 2 in the most beautiful weather. Very friendly staff, a small but fine breakfast card and tastefully excellent. Coffee, scrambled eggs, muesli, everything was upstairs. Special requests were also implemented. The café looks neat and very clean. A great service! Voir le carte

we just ate our first meal in hamburg. what a little jewel is it too! the restaurant is located next to the Brahms Museum and has a classic music atmosphere. our waitress was very friendly and her service was impeccable. I chose the local labskaus while my wife ordered the fish of the day. both dishes looked great when they arrived and tasted excellent. if they are in the new city of the city, I can recommend this place at the most.

on our walk back from the harbour in direction city we are stumbled over its very nice and cozy caffe. very nice and warm interieur and so friendly and attentive staff. the cakes are a dream. Unfortunately they close in winter on Wednesdays, otherwise we would have returned to dinner, the 4-course menu they presented looked so good. when they are in the city and in this opposite, they come by to get air, quiet and hidden, they will please.
