After leaving india i was missing my north indian food but to be honest after visiting today kings of punjab i feel so good that I cannot express in words. Food was so so delicious and amazing. No comparison in Birmingham to this restaurant. Also it’s reasonable and affordable thanks for a great experience. This used to be a chique place with class and style, offering a unique dining experience when it first opened as a strictly veg non alcoholic restaurant/bar. Then it started to serve alcohol and meat because of the dying business and now it's changed hands to Amritsari Tadka... These guys have a couple of branches in the midlands, they do great food and are usually pretty quick. Unfortunately, this establishment did NOT meet expectations. The food was good, service was fine but the atmosphere has certainly taken a dive. I would not be writing this review of the conversation with their manager would be different. I have ordered from them yesterday currys and pasta. I added a comment for the pasta to be none spicy it was for the kids and for the past few months it was never a problem to do so). When I gave it to the kids they said that the pasta is so spicy and they can 't it it. I tried it and it was so spicy, even more then our meant to be spicy curry. I called the restaurant to see what options we 've got and he was sooo rude.
