"We ate from the Sunday lunch menu and were more than pleased with the quality of food baked cheese soufflés to perfection roast beef hmmm and lemon tart dessert all beautifully presented and tasted delicious our service was exceptional and attentive our personal waitress Charlotte was effervescent charming and amusing service with a smile Thank you for making our occasion special If there was to be criticism is was the musician who played 2hrs of drudge!! and other diners also seemed unimpressed however this was a small complaint and would most definitely recommend this restaurant Ps we sat in the restaurant area and found this most comfortable too"

"We had booked in advance through open table but it was an exceptionally quiet evening so perhaps booking was unnecessary however we were advised this would guarantee a table on busier days Whilst the food was good the menu did not reflect what had been advertised online I was looking forward to risotto and Tuscan fish stew but the menu seemed to be condensed and simplified fir easy to order The overall experience was ok however the staff mostly young students as the restaurant was quiet stood around on mobile phones I’m not complaining about our service which was attentive but staff on mobile phones doesn’t look very professional there also did seem to be an owner or senior manager in attendance to correct this situation particularly on a Saturday evening Not sure if staying again in KL if I would return here"

"What a wonderful spot! The food is incredible, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is delightful. Our four-legged friend received just as warm a welcome as we did. My wife is a vegetarian, and these days it can be challenging to find restaurants that offer more than just burgers or lamb dishes. We couldn't have found a better option than this place. The tapas was freshly prepared, bursting with flavor, and there were plenty of choices for everyone. The cocktails were exquisite, and to top it all off, I enjoyed a sticky toffee pudding alongside a coffee. Everything we tried was made with top-quality ingredients, and the coffee really capped it off for me—perfectly blended and reasonably priced. We cannot recommend Number Nine highly enough and suggest making a reservation in advance. It's a special restaurant run by caring people who will provide you with a fantastic dining experience."

"I met up with a friend at The Highwayman and it turned out to be a great choice. Despite being busy, the restaurant had a spacious and cozy atmosphere. We tried the shoulder of lamb, chicken coq au vin, and Appleby Cheshire cheese pies for our mains, all of which were delicious. We even had room for desserts, which included pavlova, hot waffle, and sticky toffee pudding, all of which were excellent. The service for the most part was great, although there was one staff member behind the bar (who seemed to be in charge) that lacked the professionalism of the others. Overall, we would still consider returning to The Highwayman."
