"We have visited Kayal multiple times in the past and have always enjoyed the excellent food. However, during our last two visits, we were disappointed to find that the beer tasted like vinegar. When I ordered a pint of Malbar, it did not taste right so I returned it to the bar. They swapped it for Cobra, but that also did not taste great. It is unfortunate because the food and presentation at Kayal are top-notch. They should definitely consider better maintenance of their beer or cleaning out their pipe lines more often."

I love the business lunch, with several small plates, I could taste a few Indian dishes. Staffs are friendly and the mango Lassi is great as well!

Great service amazing food. The business lunch was like a Thali and at £7.95 was incredible value. Would highly recommend and will be back when next in Nottingham.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy with your family. The atmosphere was excellent and the food was fantastic. It's the best Indian restaurant in Nottingham that I have ever been to.

Authentic South Indian food and environment, located in the city centre. Really delicious dishes. A must try for everyone. We had the Kayal fish curry w rice and the Business lunch I would highly recommend trying both when you visit. Voir le carte

Amazing food, if you love fish based dishes this place is incredible to go to, definitely the best in Nottingham Great atmosphere and service would definitely recommend I even requested some acchapam extra on the side which isn't on the menu singularly and they happily accepted

Kayal is a restaurant of excellent quality. The ambiance and atmosphere are great, the staff is friendly, and the food is superb. Their Business Lunch is without a doubt the best deal in town. I have been dining at Kayal for years, and today's meal was simply outstanding. The value for money is fantastic. Kayal is a wonderful addition to Nottingham.
