The bar staff are friendly. There is a great choice on the menu. The food was excellent, and good value. The meze starter and the lamb and chicken kebabs were great. It was the perfect start to our holiday.

This was our third visit to the hotel and our third time eating here. The food was just as good as before. We ordered grilled halloumi and garlic bread to share followed by lamb shanks and mash. Obviously a bottle of Sauvignon blanc to start the holiday too! Staff were very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth eating here!

Had dinner here as we were staying overnight at the hotel.Whilst the hotel was a huge let down the restaurant exceeded expectations.The menu was varied , the portions very generous and the food itself exceeded our expectations.The staff were very attentive and polite. Having stayed at the hotel and eaten here last year we did not hesitate to have dinner here again! We decided to share a portion of pate which was just as well as the mains were huge portions. We both decided to have the lamb shank wrapped in bacon and in a pastry case along with vegetables....so filling! Very friendly staff serving also. Definitely would visit again if we returned to this hotel!

During our stay at the Cambridge Hotel and using the Park and Ride, we decided to dine at Kemal at the Cambridge. We were pleased with our choice as two of us savored Turkish Style Kofte, a Chicken Burger, and a delightful bottle of Kleindal Chenin Blanc. The wine was perfectly chilled and served by our friendly waiter, Jack. Our total bill was less than £45. The dining room was elegantly decorated with a fantastic atmosphere. We will definitely be returning again.

I booked a three course Christmas lunch for 35 people here last week. Everything was very good; lovely turkey, tender roast beef, good trout and tasty stuffed pepper. The plates and the food were nice and hot and the vegetables all fresh and perfectly cooked. The starters and desserts were also lovely and the service was excellent. I have eaten here the three times I have stayed at this hotel and found the food tasty. After the 4 hour drive to get here I like to have a pre booked dinner. You can order from a couple of set menus when you book your parking and have been happy with my choice each time. There is a more extensive menu (and more expensive) is you just visit when you get there. I was there alone last time and there were only a couple of couples in there as I went in when it opened. Eating alone in a restaurant isn't the most fun I have had but the food was good.

Staff in the restaurant were helpful, kind and showed an amazing level of high quality customer service. I must commend a young lady by the name of Zuzana who always went the extra mile to ensure my meal was ok and I had everything I need including drinks and options for dessert. She was kind and had a genuine charming happy attitude towards her work which made the whole meal experience even better. Definitely one of it not the stand out employee from my visit. Thank you Zuzana! Another gentleman waiter by the name of Hugo provided great insight on areas within the town to go after the meal, he even pointed places out on the map which was very helpful.

The restaurant is quite expensive, but the taste of the dishes justifies the price. The Michelin star Chef's menu offers succulent and tender cooked meat that is hard to find at other BBQ restaurants in Horley. The only thing missing from the tasty menu is the Chef's special chili sauce or homemade meze. There are no alternative chili dishes on the menu, like Ezme, which is a vegetarian medium hot meze that pairs well with BBQ dishes. We were fortunate to have been served by a top-quality Turkish BBQ Kebab restaurant at the Duke of Cambridge Hotel.
