Avoid !! Rude staff no hospitality at all. Asked for glass of tap water apparently they don 't provide this as their water I quote is dirty !!!!!!. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to, avoid at all costs

My wife and I visited this restaurant during the summer and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were all very nice and respectful, especially the manager named Karry, who was extremely polite and even cracked a few jokes. Overall, our experience was fantastic.

Absolutely the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to. Toilet seat on the floor. No toilet paper in ladies toilet. When I spoke to Kari at reception about this ,he was extremely rude. We booked a private party for 50 people. This is the perfect restaurant to book for any private event. Hats off to the owners and staff for accommodating all of our requirements! The food was perfect, and all of our guests loved everything. On site parking. Helpful staff throughout. The food, and overall experience was amazing. Would highly recommend to others! Thank you once again.

I placed an order through Uber Eats. I didn't receive my order. I tried to communicate with the restaurant but they're extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave me a made up story about the food delivery. The note on Uber Eats from the delivery driver suggests something totally different. Both delivery driver and the restaurant lie. Nothing stacks up. They refuse to refund my money. Don't place an order with this restaurant, they steal your money and give you no food! When I asked to speak to the manager, they hung up the phone. They didn't take my call when I called back.

I been to this restaurant for breakfast and lucnh many times the guy who run breakfast is really nice and give best service to customer. But whenever I went for lunch or dinner staff there treats you like you having food for free and even food is not according to money they charge you first I thought they busy that’s why service is bit slow and unprofessional but next time they were quite but still waiters were treating you like you having food for free no greeting no food suggestions there faces are like there salaries are not paid for months. Never will go back will prefer local shop to have food but not this places Voir le carte

Absolutely awful. Will never return to this place. Currently on a break from the Midlands. Was shocked with the lack of customer service. How rude and unfriendly staff were. Felt like they had a chip on their shoulder, rushed us saying they were closing at 10pm yet they were sitting dinners in at 9.50pm. My poor mother has mobility issues asked for some water to wash her hands in a bowl they told me to buy the water bottle or make her walk to the W/C at the front of the restaurant. NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL. Made us all feel very uncomfortable. We had a table of 6 including a child who was left very upset. To top it all food is basic tasted much better.

I went to this restaurant with my family after being informed that I couldn't park in the car park with an elderly lady. We had to walk all the way from the activity centre car park. When we finally arrived, there was plenty of space in the car park. However, when we entered the restaurant, the owner Nasir rudely and abruptly told us that there was no table available tonight because people were waiting. He then displayed bad manners by raising his hands in the air and walking off. We have been loyal customers for years, but the service has only gotten worse. It seems like they believe they can get away with such atrocious behavior just because they are the only Pakistani restaurant in Slough...

Whilst my son and husband parked the car (in the restaurants car park) I went ahead to the restaurant. I was met by 4 grown men sitting behind the reception/till area which I found somewhat intimidating (and weird) as a woman. I tried to explain that I was waiting for them to come and then we would decide after seeing the menu. They didn’t seem to like that! They insisted that we should eat within the hour even though more than half the restaurant was empty! We sat and ordered and the food came out pretty quick.
