"The in house restaurant of Breuninger (high end department store like Harvey Nicks, Galeries Lafayette etc. in the city centre is located on the fourth floor with a window for;and outdoor terrace. Modern Scandi/loft style interferieren with different sections including one for families with small kids with a stroller parking area and several playing areas. For breakfast there’s waitstaff service until 11:30 hrs, then it’s self service. Apart from classic options of bread rolls, pastries, croissants and jams, honey, cheese and cold cuts, eggs different ways, they als offer a variety of the ubiquitous avocado toast (whole grain bread, avocado, cherry tomatoes and a panko breaded hard boiled egg very nice and at €8,70 very reasonably priced and a Bavarian breakfast of Weißwurst (Bavarian white sausages with Brezel and sweet mustard, nicely served in a smaller version of the typical white porcelain bowl. Have not (yet tried any other meal period, but the glass walled kitchen and fresh salad buffet looked very inviting. Service was a bit slow during my visit but friendly and I overheard some other (apparently regular guests commenting on it being different than usually. Makes for a good stop while shopping. If you park in Breuninger parking garage you get the first hour free of charge (get your ticket validated when paying in the restaurant ."

Very good healthy food and salads all prepared in front of you. Great place in the Center for lunch or coffee. Have been there many times and always good.

Lunch was nice except the vegies were over-sauteed! They looked more yellowish than green and definitely unappetizing. Dessert was delicious: a raspberry tartlette. The salad bar is ok. Drinks are pricey.

Place clean and trendy design Quick choice of simple menu, Chef following healty style, that mindjust enough, but maybe too little for big hungry Qualities and prices of foods not too high, not too low. Good place for both, family or biznes.

This is situate on the top floor of the Brueninger department store. It is self service all the way but the dishes served are gourmet standard. Staff are extremely helpful and efficent. The desserts are paricularly good. Prices are very reasonable.

This is a great restaurant, featuring some of the best burgers in Stuttgart. Also featuring local food. Over lunch its self serve, otherwise with waiters. Located in Breuninger, a top rated fashion and lifestyle department store, its a great place to take time out from a day shopping.

Enjoyed their special rolled "Maultaschen" served with German potato salad. The accompanying vpotato salad just had a bit too much oil but was otherwise good. The 2 rolled "Maultaschen" were delicious. They came "swimming" in a not so fantastic brown sauce on a plate that was way too big. Not complaining though. Lunch was good.

Probably one of the least pricey breakfasts you could get right in the city. They open at 10 and you've got about till about 11:30 to enjoy your breakfast. The restaurant is actually self-service but there's waiter service for breakfast. You can drink many cups of coffee but you're limited to only one cup of tea. The rolls were fresh and crusty. Our waitress was polite, friendly and charming.

This place is on the top floor of the eponymous Breuninger department stores. This is like Selfridges in London or Jelmoli in Zurich. On Saturday only there is a served a la carte breakfast. This is special and apparently they take reservations. Food is great, service impeccable and value for money really good We had scrambled eggs with bacon each, which came with two rolls and coffee. Plus we had an extra coffee each and a Birchermüsli. 38 EUR the lot.

Ordered their so-called Asian dishes : a vegie dish and a vegie Ramen soup. Both dishes were not delicious. The only thing I liked was the fresh cilantro. When we opened the complimentary fortune cookie (sealed in its original packed condition), half of it was missing. Really weird. Pricey lunch. Felt like we didn 't get value for money. The plate they used for the vegie dish was chipped. No appetizing presentation here. You 'd probably be better off ordering a Swabian dish.

"Wow. Simply Awesome! Best dining experience my wife and I have had in several years, probably top all time, and we are real foodie snobs. They squeezed us in with only a couple hours notice. We got the course menu paired with wine....Little did we know that six courses in metric means First came the amouse bouse, a frothy chicken soup plus a croquette topped with dried mushrooms. Paired with wine of course. Then came a home made freshly baked baguette that was crazy delicious served with a dish of sour cream and chives as well as butter with pumpkin seeds. The bread was so good it could have been its own course, and the sour cream was the first of many unusual com I nations, but it worked. Next was a salad a combination of beet root, cabbage, Thai coconut milk and lemon grass. I hate beets and I loved this dish. Next wa the first actual course, duck liver pate and brioche with figs and wine sauce. Amazing! Now how about some slow cooked trout (which strongly resembled salmon) with tangerines and celery root. Then some white cod with Jerusalem artichokes and hazel nuts. Then, to cleanse the palate a glass of deer broth served in a glass like a brandy snifter. We're only halfway through. Now it's a slab of deer meat cooked like a tender steak, served with a cannelloni stuffed with deer and all set over mashed parsley root that could have passed as mashed potatoes. All garnished with an amazing deer gravy/sauce. Next comes some mont d'or cheese served with house made fruit bread, oranges, and rutabaga. Crazy com o but it was delicious. Now for dessert courses. Red wine sorbet. Think you're done? Next comes white chocolate ice cream serve with quince (purée, cubes, and foam) served with a chestnut parfait. Now we're stuffed, but time for another dessert: creme brulee paired with a chocolate brownie and a serving of mango mousse. Crazy good."
