Kalbi Korean - Menu

The buffet menu is completely different from what's on the website. You can only get tiny amount of beef in the most expensive set, and if you want more meat (you can't get more beef though) you have to finish all the things you have ordered. I've been to so many Korean bbq places that do buffet and this is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. And the amount of beef they give you is way less than they supposed to. Basically the whole buffet thing is a joke. Also we didn't get our drinks until all the appetizers and rice were served. The ribeye was also really bad. I'm so happy to have found a good KBBQ restaurant in London. And yes, there is a grill on the table. Not to mention their great Happy BBQ prices from 6-6:45PM where their BBQ meats are discounted since they're still relatively new. Great service, fast and good. I just had dinner here with my mom for the first table at 6 pm. Korean BBQ was so good. I chose Plan B and it worth to try. You can order as much as you want : meat from plan B, and number 4. NOTE : Buffet not include drink. Pork and chicken were tender and juicy. I suggest spicy pork and pork belly. For two years I've avoided going to Korean BBQ because I generally don't think the Asian food in London is that great. But the yearning for it came so we tried this place during the week as they have a special price for their buffet. I liked their interior design of dark/black wood and modern grills set in the tables, and the service was good, even though the waitress had me hang up my own jacket, which was so weird for such a nice place. Came back this month for a friend's birthday. If they have read my review, I am glad, because they have improved, albeit slightly. Firstly, the menu on the website is the same as the one in the restaurant now. However, we didn't get off on a good start because when we turned up at the restaurant, they had somehow lost our booking (we were 10 min early) and our table somehow became lost and was given away. My friends and I came here to take advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme but were quite disappointed even with the government subsidizing £10 per head. Such a disappointing evening at Kalbi Korean BBQ restaurant dining on inferior food with slow and inattentive service. Our group of eight gathered at Kalbi expecting to enjoy a Korean BBQ buffet meal as advertised on the website. To our surprise the BBQ buffet menus at the restaurant were completely different to those on the restaurant website. The prices are higher and the choices are much more restricted.
