The brownies and the cakes have been quite Stale on my last few visits... very disappointed The brownies are hard and crumbles when bite into it

Didn 't realise when they says today 2 cakes are for £7 ' they 'd be stale. Iv worked in a bakery for 20 years so please don 't respond with they were fresh! Voir le carte

we ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. It was my first time. They where so helpful throughout the whole ordering processs. Best cakes ive ever had and soo good value for money. It’s probably one of the only bakeries where they bake from scratch in the midlands. You can really taste the quality In the cakes. The flavour in the cake is mind blowing.

I first visited many years ago when it first opened and even though it's a warehouse, it felt clean and nice. However, it's clear that they've now put all their efforts into the cafes because the warehouse counter is extremely run down and felt dirty. It really needs a good clean and refurbishment. Also, they don't take card payments at the warehouse, but do at the cafes. Food was okay, but probably wouldn't return unless they re-did the whole place.

Really disappointed in the service.. I attempted to order a cake for my nikah multiple times and I had no response at all. I even attempted calling the cafe and enquiring which they stated that the lady who deals with the orders mother was unwell… Its no way to run a business. If someone is unwell/ unable to work there should be others to continue taking orders otherwise don’t advertise it on social media etc as it is very frustrating. I’ve been enjoying kake temptations for years but this experience has left a bad taste. Voir le carte

INCONSISTANT PRICING AWFUL!!! I was quoted 3 different prices for the same cake in the space of 2-3 weeks. What a bunch.of crooks. Hope the.owner reads this. 1st visit 2 gateaux £9 no problem 2nd visit a week later women in a head scarf charges £13 for 2 gateaux.Tells me prices ha e go up 3rd visit as I had my glasses on, price tag says £5 so I said to the women its £5 and she agreed 3rd visit to the kake cafe on London road...women charges £7.50. I didnt buy. 30 minutes later sent my brother man charge £7. This should be reported to traded standards and HMRC

I ordered a coconut cake with coconut cream filling and raspberry filling. Unfortunately, I did not receive this cake. Instead I received a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and excess amount of thick butter cream with very little cake inside. Honestly, this is the second time I have given the company a chance to prove themselves. However, I am yet again appalled and disappointed. Please do not promise customers you are able to make the desired cakes when they are not what the customer has ordered it is embarrassing for the company and also a rubbish experience for the customer. This ruined all birthday celebrations as the cake tasted awful and the the full cake went straight in the trash...

We are regular customers of Kake Temptations and for the most part we enjoy the treats they sell. We have our favourites now that we pretty much always get. The Bruce gateaux has always been top notch and is probably the firm favourite across the board in our house. The tiramisu gateaux was also up there but unfortunately the last time we had it, I was so put off that I’ve never ordered it since. By the time we had reached home the gateaux was a sloppy mess. The sponge had been over soaked and the bitterness from the instant coffee was coming through big time. I don’t consider myself too much of a coffee snob but I’m not really a fan of instant coffee.
