"Even though there were always at least 2 bartenders at the bar, neither would ever come to the tables to ask for orders unless you'd already ordered at the bar. Food was okay but expensive. Drinks were a LOT! But the bartenders did take their time making mixed drinks. The Fish and Chips (15 pounds) was good, Pizza was average, the Quinoa salad was just lettuce with some quinoa thrown on top and hardly any dressing. No beer on tap. Expect 11+ pounds per mixed drink and about 6 pounds for a bottle of beer."

Order lunch with friends they got my order completely wrong! I ordered veggi Mac and cheese they brought bacon one. I ordered soup it never arrived

I can't believe how bad the TV reception is at this hotel. You would think we were in the most remote part of the UK rather than in west London. It's absolutely terrible.

This is right next to reception and is also the breakfast room and bar it is expensive and although the location is good its not a nice location and the cost is not worth it Voir le carte

Yolanda and Eugene took great care of me at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I felt safe and welcomed. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good food and drinks although a little price. Go for the giant pornstar martini and watch out for service charge. Staff and everything else was good though. And Dj from 10-1am is a good shout

The staff at this restaurant were inattentive, the cleanliness was awful, and everything from the windows to the floors was dirty. The bedding was also dirty, so it would be better to sleep on the streets. Voir le carte

Really quirky hotel , small intimate but with a great buzz about it, love the mix of music played ! Great location, right by Westfield shopping centre and easy commute I to central London from Shepard's bush station or likewise to and from Heathrow via Hammersmith. Strongly recommend spa, super massage !

I bought my mum here for the afternoon tea, we had a lovely time! A basic but clean dinning area which was very quiet! All the food tasted good with a really nice selection of different savouries and lots of sweet treats! We also got the mini cocktails to share, although they weren't all to our personal tastes, some were really delicious, a couple just a little strong, but a really nice idea to taste all the cocktails. We really enjoyed this afternoon tea experience!
