"Overall, the food was pretty good, but I wouldn’t go back as the service left a lot to be desired. Three things stood out to me: (1) When someone asks for their steak to be well done, don’t look at them as though they’re a lunatic. Firstly, they are the customer. Secondly, she happened to be pregnant and isn’t allowed to have uncooked meat. (2) When someone asks for their steak to be well done, don’t then serve it medium, hiding the colour of it with some sauce. It’s disrespectful. Plus, it’s also disrespectful to then leave the other person’s meal and both bowls of rice there to get cold, whilst they wait for you to cook the meal again. (3) When someone asks where the other part of their meal is, then you realise that what you’ve delivered is different to what is on the menu, it would be good to do something about it. A suggestion would be to apologise, then correct the mistake, not leave them to it. Plus, it’d be nice to have a meal that’s not served on a chipped plate it doesn’t scream high standards.
