"Had lovely Sat nt out at the John O Gaunt, have been for Sunday lunch a couple of times have had great food and even though it was a busy night, food service was great. Loved the gin menu my 10 yr old loved her Summer Fizz mocktail. Camembert starter great for sharing with extra bread, split 3 ways. We sat down at 7 and had 3 courses within plenty of time for our 9.30 taxi back. Very relaxed enjoyable evening, we'll be back."

I would highly recommend this place,set in a nice village and lovely views from the pub garden. I had a steak for my main course with was fabulous and staff very friendly

What a wonderful pub in a beautiful village setting. Our second visit for Thursday night fish and chips. The best ever! Accompanied by the most gorgeous tartare sauce, home made chips and mushy peas. My boyfriend, my dog and I were welcomed in to the lovely atmosphere including log fire. Great hosts and the best appetiser of homemade crisps and dips 5 star in every aspect. Thank you again
