"We visited Castellón recently and discovered this fantastic Japanese restaurant with very attentive staff. If this place was in London, I would go top quality every month. I miss it now when I order sushi in London. We ordered the Roku roll, maki roll, gyozas, taco de cangrejo (crab taco, which was my favorite, amazing you have to order this), edamame, chicken yakitori and katsu curry. For dessert we have tried 2 dishes: Tarta de queso y fit a green tea cheese cake. This matcha is a difficult active ingredient to use and the balance between cream cheese and matcha was just perfect. Postre Yogur Con Frutos Rojos is a delicious fresh and cool yogurt dessert with red fruits. I could literally eat it every day, heaven. If you want Japanese sushi and exciting fusion food with high-quality ingredients, go here!"
