"We visited for lunch, am, soon as they opened. The first thing I noticed was how very traditional all of their furniture was. We were greeted by our very friendly and professional server who squared us away promptly. The place did look a bit...run down and old, maybe the lack of funds to do some renovation. The food was not bad, large portions, but not what I expected. Maybe the chef wasn't on his A game that day. I have eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants and Indian Palace needs a little work if they want to stay competitive."

Das Ambiente lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend! Da gibt es nicht's zu meckern! Service 1a und sehr höflich!! Preis/Leistung völlig in Ordnung!

Kommen hier gerne wieder her.

Authentisches indisches Essen.

Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert

The good part about Indian restaurants in countries outside India is that they offer food the way it should be cooked with just the right amount of spices. It may be that it's on account of spices being so expensive outside of India. Nevertheless,...the food served at this restaurant has just the right amount of seasoning. They did not go overboard with spices and condiments. The food was thoroughly enjoyable and the restaurant was able to accommodate our group of close to people easily.

"we thought it was time that four years ago opened patagonia in the mainzer neustadt to test. the bus and tram connection is excellent, the parking situation is very difficult. there is an outside area at the restaurant, and the dining room is large and clear. because the guests were distributed outside and inside, the reservation about opentable would not have been necessary. so we were allowed to choose a table and were welcomed by the two ladies in the service friendly. we found a rectangle with a view of a large flatscreen, on which a diashow of pictures ran from patagonia, which first triggered television. steaks are offered in all variations, and the selection is quite difficult. we first took three empanadas with different fillings that relatiw quickly came out of the kitchen and taste very good.My wife decided in the main course for a rumpsteak of the even medium rare with grill potatoes and salad. I had previously researched the card in the internet and asked myself what a flap steak was. wikipedia helped and so I knew it was a cut that is very common in patagonia and comes very close to the us sirloin strip. I wanted to try this and ordered it **** in the bloom. I took a foil potato. both supplements were handed with the obligatory sourcream with coriander. the two supplemental salads were fresh, colourful and crisp, with the carrots also liked as a supplement. Even with critical consideration, the performance was in all respects of expectations: the services were extremely friendly and stood also in the meat selection with rat and did the side. the we chose to be perfectly met. confusingly I found the hints in the menu on the recommended per steak. these were all together and especially between medium and well done. that was not comprehensible for me because of the top quality of meat, all in all a very successful evening with a quite reasonable price-performance ratio. we like to come back to patagonia."
