"I've been here quite few times and it's always been ok until tonight, I don't eat chicken in curries so always order lamb. When my dinner came it was chicken which I pointed out straight away, the waiter said he could take it back and change it but would take 15 minutes by which time my partner would have nearly finished her dinner. I did say I would try the curry as I didn't want to sit and watch my partner eat her dinner and likewise her watch me after she'd finished, I did try to eat my curry but it wasn't happening and I had to leave it, at the end when asking for the bill I noticed that I had been charged full price for a curry I hadn't asked for and I couldn't eat. I would of thought out of courtesy it would have been taken off. The manager wasn't there to speak to so I've decided not to go back again it might seem petty but it's the principal at the end of the day."

I cycled from Small Heath to Coleshill. The food was excellent, I had saag panir with chapatis pistachio kulfi. Excellent service a friendly atmosphere.

What has happened. !!! No taste, a tiny bit of lettuce with the starter. No replacement knifes and forks had to ask for them. Even the sauces were watered down and bland. 6. Of us and everyone’s meal was bland and no spice at all. And the price had gone up considerably. Very disappointed

We recently stayed in Coleshill during a visit to the NEC. We saw the Indian Lounge on our way in and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Probably one of the best Indian meals I’ve had. The staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. Would certainly go back again.

Went here with a party of thirteen for an evening meal and whilst I rarely go to an Indian Restaurant I must say I really enjoyed my meal. The staff were very helpful and were happy for us to break the bill up into four accounts, including the drinks, which was happier for us. There was a good variety of food available and the premises were well attended by others that showed to us, as strangers, that it was well thought of. Will return with our group (bigger) next year.
