"located in a beautiful area, very nice place, both internally and outside, where you can dine near the canal. on arrival is offered a welcome prosecco, just ordered to offer a crouton with rag once finished the sorbet, idea, to my parer, genius and very welcome. we talk about meat, wide selection of tartare, for all gouves, we opted for that bacon and onions, and for the Sicilian (with capers, anchovies, tomatoes and anchovies) both spectacular. then the strong dish, the majestic Florentine, of Piedmontese stone, sold to 56 per kilo. Before grilling, they show you the cut at the table. great cut, perfect kitchen (compliments to the grill,) goose and tender. excellent service, precise and friendly. in 2, with 1.6 kg of florentine, 2 seams (13euro moon,) water, a bolgheri skyscraper (26 we spent 156, covered 3 per head. more than valid for quality of meat and service, we will definitely return when we return to the area. try!"

During our 4 days in Livorno, this was definitely the best meal. The meat was cut and prepared by the butchers where we could observe them. The meat was tender and tasty. The restaurant was cozy and had a perfect temperature. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant!
