"local that fully reflects the tits of the owner... so much research! roberto is an innovative and above all a revolutionary, its cuisine wants to be identity and unique on the territory... it approaches to a few dishes that I repeat you can only find here... after it can please as not pleasure; I personally was very impressed by the skill that has in combining raw materials and achieving a mix that creates explosions of soap that balance. Good roberto. both as a chef and as you... the friendly wife is on the piece... a criticism that then had a right answer from the owner is on the wine card... he wanted to put all wines out of the commercial but to the reach of all, sincerely I prefer a more targeted paper on quality, the great wines must be paid but with some sought-after raw materials are almost obligatory even if this particular competes few invaded in the wine world. for the perfect rest... "Quiet and very nice place, friendly and very kind service, maaaaaa waiting times are really too long. Good quality raw materials. The polyp is really cooked to perfection and the portion is right... I would return more than willingly but the wait for the beginning of the dinner must be reduced...in case you could not recommend to entertain the guests with an entrance offered by the house."

"My brother in law who is an Italian living in Parma recommended this excellent Trattoria just outside Parma as the food has an excellent reputation with the locals here and it is always full, although at lunchtime during the week you can always get a table. The title of Pizzeria should not put you off visiting this rustic traditional restaurant as the dishes are excellent, of local influence and extremely fresh and tasty. We simply shared several anti past dishes including complementary broken pizza slices, deep fried zucchini, mozzarella cheese with fresh herbs and tomato, and a fresh generous dish of Prosciutto di Parma. We also could not resist sampling the delicious tortelli pasta with ricotta cheese and sweet pumpkin. To complement our food we had an excellent bottle of Malvasia, a sparkling chilled white wine of the locality. For our sweet course we had the oven baked whole apple in a honey syrup which was delightful The service is lightening fast and the owner and waiters are real characters who are proud of the Parma tradition as the recognised food capital of Italy. Price for three of us including anti pasta dishes, prima pasta, 2 bottles of wine, water, coffee and digestive was €90. Will certainly be revisiting il Grannie very soon."

"We did a stopover in Sala Baganza on our way to Tuscany. In the evening we had dinner at the „I Pifferi“. Location was nice and calm, we had a nice table in 4 on the terrace outside, in between the trees. Not a lot of guests have been there, despite it was a Friday evening. Maybe August holiday season was the reason. Anyhow, we had 4 different Antipasti dishes (antpasti I Pifferi, involtino di melanzane, Sfogliatina ai porcini, insalata mista), accompanied by delicious gnocchi fritti. Well made, nice and crispy outside. After that we ordered one timballo di riso, ravioletti ripieni di fonduta di Parmigiano, once with burro e salvia and once with tartufo nero, and ravioletti di pasta verde “I Pifferi”. All food was quite good, but at the end the food was quite „heavy“, nothing light... We were a party of 4 and we paid 138 Euro, with 2 bottles of wine and 2 bottels of water, 2 Fanta and 2 Espressi. Considering the fact, that on 3 primi dishes there were tartufi neri, we believe that the price was ok. Service was ok, but quite „closed“ and not very warm."

"Un servizio velocissimo e piatti molto buoni! Mi sono recata in questa trattoria per un pranzo veloce di lavoro...e direi che l 'efficienza non è mancata! Io e il mio collega abbiamo ordinato anolotti ripieni di stracotto in brodo di cappone, tortelloni di erbette e spezzatino di cinghiale con polenta fritta. Nulla ci ha deluso, un buon 8 ai primi e un 7.5 al secondo. L 'ambiente forse andrebbe rivisto: manca identità. Sarebbe bello vedere sedie in legno e tessuti più rustici ... un ambiente più da trattoria e meno da ristorante moderno.
