"Despite a reservation for 630 we didn't sit down until 7.10pm. Lovely and friendly though and fairly apologetic so we didn't mind the wait. Very slow service unfortunately, which meant we didn't leave until 10.30pm. Wine was lovely, food exceptional. Only real gripe was one of our party has dietary issues and could not eat their meal literally only had a few mouthfuls) yet there was no way she could take it home with her very adamant that it had to all go in the bin £20 meal). Next time she will take her own container. Most eateries offer a box these days but hey ho. We spent a small fortune on drinks and food and a little limoncello at the end would have been a nice touch, especially as it was for a 70th birthday but even so, a great celebratory meal and we will definitely give it another go purely because of the authentic and fantastic food. Don't let this put you off just don't expect a quick meal if you're in a hurry."

we had a nice weekday dinner in il cucciolo. all food excellent and obviously fresly cooked and the service efficient. in any case a good sound.

a so fabulous little restaurant, which is literally 2 minutes walk from the palasttheater. eat authentic and delicious. they need to book even though this place is surrounded by theaters.

The staff at this restaurant were impolite, it took a long time to get our drinks, and as soon as they heard our accents, they showed disinterest in serving us because we were not from the South. Voir le carte

I dined in between watching Harry Potter Parts 1 and 2. Reservations are highly recommended. It was a good decision. The starters and main dishes were delicious. Unfortunately, my wife didn't allow me to have dessert.

Arrived and were seated at a table having booked in advance with OpenTables, then telephoned to alter the booking time, several days beforehand. Spoke to a man on the phone who said there was no problem changing our booking. Ordered some water which seemed to annoy the mature female staff member, who launched into an appalling tirade accusing us (falsely) of lying about telephoning and changing the time of the booking several days beforehand..... She did this loudly and continuously in front of entire restaurant all of whom seemed shocked by her behavior. She continued for several minutes.
