"I have been to Tuscany in 2015 and while traveling nearby Montecatini Val di Cecina someone recommended the restaurant owned by Stefania by then. The food was great which resulted in me going there for dinner every night. When I returned to Tuscany now in May 2022 I knew I had to return to that return. But it was closed. But someone told me that Stefania had a new restaurant in the centre of Montecatini: Il Buglione! I knew I had to go there! And it was an experience as good as in 2015. The food is very tasty. Even the simplest dishes have a twist that turn them into wooow dishes I won’t forget the crunchy pancetta in what I thought would be a normal carbonara). The pici a la minniere was very tasty also and the tiramisu was light and fresh. The staff is very nice. It was the place where I have eaten better during this journey to Italy. Will definitely recommend and hopefully return."

Piatti della tradizione fedeli e curati. Personale simpatico e location accogliente nel mezzo del borgo medioevale molto suggestivo. Ho trovato le chiocciole in umido e non le mangiavo così buone dai tempi di mia nonna. Voir le carte

Tutto veramente squisito e da leccarsi i baffi. Forse unica pecca è la polenta fritta come contorno al cinghiale. Avrei messo una polenta taragna o una polenta più morbida, ma non per questo non vale 5 stelle. Complimenti

all really delicious and lick the mustache. perhaps the only defect is the fried polenta as a side dish with the wild boar. I would have put a taragna polenta or a softer polenta, but not for this it is not worth 5 stars. Congratulations.

Ottimo! Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo sia come pizzeria che come ristorante! Consiglio come dolci il tiramisù versione classica/all'ananas e il cheescake! Brilliant! good quality and price! Se state cercando un posto dove mangiare la vera cucina Toscana, il ristorante Il Buglione fa al caso vostro. Abbiamo trascorso in zona un paio di giorni e oltre alle splendide cene abbiamo potuto approfittare anche di colazioni e aperitivi: assolutamente raccomandato! Consiglio caldamente di provare i Pici del Minatore, una bontà! Grazie Stefania, a presto!

Ottimo ristorante di cucina Toscana , infatti l antipasto misto buglione ottimo e abbondante seguito da un ottima tagliata molto morbida e cotta al punto giusto accompagnata da un bel piattino di patatine fritte e insalata. E Per finire dolcemente la serata abbiamo preso un ottimo cheesecake al cioccolato. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Cameriera gentilissima.
