Food is great. Portions are big. Everything isn’t that grease apart from chicken nuggets they can be a tad over done sometimes and a tad greasy

had only one delivery and the eating was piping hot and large portions will definitely be ordered again and the supplier was so polite and cheerful

Had fish and chips delivered they arrived hot and tasty the chip portions were a bit smaller than usual but this isn't a bad thing as usually massive. Voir le carte

Portions of chips smaller than before but that's ok as they were huge. food arrived cold. Lots of oil draining out of the battered fish which was very off putting. This has happened last few times maybe time to try somewhere else

Just ordered delivery from here told 30 mins was nearly an hour when food came it was cold and greasy. So phoned to complain they done a new lot of food cod came even be greasier and didn't look like cod more like coley as to flat to be cod. Needs to improve standards.

We are a family of 3 wanting a delivery to a local caravan park. Rang to ask if they would deliver, fab service over the phone, polite and friendly. Delivery was perfectly on time with a phone call to say they were nearby. Delicious food, lovely and hot. Highly recommend Voir le carte

I have been going to this chip shop for almost two years. I had to step outside briefly because I have chronic rhinitis and was coughing. I reassured the staff that I did not have COVID, but when I returned inside, I overheard the young girl saying she didn't want to catch COVID. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I have decided to not use their services again.

Just ordered from here online. We used to get great fish and chips from Hughenden Fish Bar. Ordered fish and chips for three. The chips were completely inedible. Foul tasting tasted like they’d been fried in oil that’s gone off. Really hard and brittle suspect they’ve been heated up more than once. I’m fuming. We’ve wasted £20 and had to throw the entire lot in the bin! About to order another take away as none of us could eat this food it was that bad. And I can eat most things. Really angry. How dare you flog food like this. Totally unacceptable.

The food is good if you can go in and pick it up yourself.... but tonight’s home delivery was diabolical! Ordered 5:45, Estimated delivery 6:45 (thought fair enough it’s Saturday evening) Delivered 7:35 It was just lukewarm and most has gone in the bin as It was not nice to eat and cold before we’d eaten much.... I wish they’d be honest if they’re really busy.... It’s Not fair making people wait that long, it’s a treat for a lot of people as money is tight. I can’t say if it was in an insulated bag as it was only in a paper bag at my front door... it should still be hot as I’ve bought in the shop and driven home and it’s hot without a proper insulated bag...
