One our favourites in Leukerbad. Reasonable pricing compared to many others, and a good selection of tasty meals. Consistently good - great services.

Our 5th time to Leukerbad and Roemerhof and this still remains one of favorites.I would not say the food was better than other restaurants but the service and rustic surroundings make it a real cost place. The open fire helps.Good extensive menu to chose from.Sure we will be back again before we leave.

Our first stay in Leukerbad and we called here for a coffee after a long walk. The staff were so polite and friendly, we decided to spend our final evening meal here. We came to the restaurant on the recommendation of Trip Adviser. A restaurant on the outside looks like another restaurant on the road. Because of the rain we went inside. A big restaurant that looked like a chalet, good food plus. Waiters are quite kind. Only the price is a little high, as it is for the Leukerbad. We enjoyed the population and the atmosphere. After browsing Leukerbad in search for an appealing place to eat, we stumbled upon the Römerhof and were not disappointed. The interior was comfortable and warm, and we were treated well and respectfully throughout the meal.The salad buffet was quite attractive, and the pasta we ordered steamingly hot and tasty if slightly too al dente for my palate. My wish for another helping of tomato sauce was promptly fulfilled, though, and the bill didn't give us indigestion, either.We finished by having a cup of coffee and some ice cream, and were not disappointed. I would definitely go back there with the caveat of having my pasta boiled just that much longer this time.

The restaurant seemed promising - the reviews had been good. But, the food - which arrived more than an hour after we had ordered - was a mockery. A simple plate of spaghetti arrived totally dry, with a few slices of roasted garlic and missing the other key component of the dish - chilli. Eventually we were told we could use the bottle of oil on the table and finally received a broken end of a dried chilli on a saucer to scatter on our small plate of pasta. It was a travesty of the dish it was supposed to be. We were told the kitchen was stressed. I would also suggest not bothering ordering a children's pizza - just order a normal sized one as there is virtually no difference in the cost bet... Voir le carte
