Hotel-Restaurant Kranenturm

We stayed here for one night, after a hike, the value for money is great. The room was clean and the train in front of the room didn't disturb us. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5.

from the suppe to the salad to our appetizer -- everything was very good. our 24-person group has been served quickly and comfortably. the portions were large and all had positive comments.

we both enjoyed the cream soup, the salad, the late tent and the chicken with mushroom sauce. the wine was also quite cheap and we enjoyed this wine while we sat on the terrace of the hotel. a very pleasant evening. Voir le carte

we came with a rick steve’s tour. after 4 days we learned to trust him. this hotel is a 650 year old tower. it has not many modern conveniences, but it is worth the experience. we have eaten a few times in the restaurant and we have enjoyed it very well

recommended in rick steves book. 3 of us ordered lamb with red wine sauce, but came with a mustard sauce.? (but it was quite delicious). overall the meal times were good. the server should have let us test/test the wein. one of our menus had a handwritten revised price, but our other menus did not. the credit card machine didn't work this evening, so maybe they should have told us (party of 6) we have to pay cash.

so who is not fed up here or finds nothing that he/she tastes himself. to breakfast there is a very nice selection at the buffet. various hot and cold drinks are offered. the food offers a fine selection of freshly baked breads and rolls, different cheese and sausage varieties, fruit and vegetables, jams and sweet broth spreads, etc. the personal also likes to support in the right choice of wine. the dishes are served fresh, fast and beautiful. we are regular repeaters and can still recommend it very much! bacharach target for medium fans. from the road to the hotel kranenturm, they must first go through them: a tunnel leads them through a crunchy old door under the historic city tower. .... about the hotel I can't say so much only that it's just a very fascinating situation from outside. the tower is 800 years old and as they can read in the internet, there are also three rooms here. All I've read so far makes me angry that we didn't just boot in there when we visited bacharach. but we were already fascinated by the outer one that was so fascinated.
