"Das Essen war sehr gut. Jedoch als wir um kurz vor 4 Uhr Nachmittags im Restaurant einkehrten, sagte uns der Keller, der nicht besonders gut Deutsch sprach, dass die Küche bereits geschlossen hätte und wir nur noch Getränke bestellen können, was uns eineinhalb Stunden vor Betriebsschluss, bei schönem Wetter und ausreichend Gästen doch sehr gewundert hat. Nach Rücksprache mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter, bekamen wir dann jedoch nach einiger Zeit noch etwas zu essen. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Im Übrigen, die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist klasse. Die Preise sind für ein Bergrestaurant in Ordnung."

"Wir waren nun zum dritten Jahr in Folge in der Sommer bzw. Nebensaison für zwei bis drei Nächte im Hotel Arlberg (zwei Mal im Deluxe Doppelzimmer und einmal in der Junior Suite). Alle Zimmer sind modern, geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der SPA Bereich ist sehr stilvoll und hat durchaus besondere Elemente. Ein idealer Ort zum entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnliche Service. Das beginnt bei der Eigentümerfamilie, wo einem schon einmal der Seniorchef persönlich zum Bahnhof bringt, über Maximilian an der Rezeption bis hin zu Wolfgang und Felix an der Bar (gilt aber auch für das Personal im Service). Positiv fällt auf, dass das Hotel es schafft, beim Personal Kontinuität zu wahren das merkt man bei der Qualität. Der Pool und Garten im Herzen von Lech suchen ebenfalls ihresgleichen. Die Stube ist äußerst gemütlich. Dieses Jahr haben wir erstmals eine Wanderung mit Andreas (und Lotti) gemacht, was ebenfalls ein schönes Angebot ist. Alleine, die Preise für Mittagessen bzw. Snacks, aber vor allem für das Bier, sind auch für ein Top Hotel wie dieses doch etwas hoch. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder und genießen das besondere Ambiente dieses Hotels."

"the food is ok, but not very special. small portions and no fine dining at all. in lech or zug are much better places to go. but the worst thing was the service. very fast, in 20 minutes we had entree and main. they never asked for a drink again. they just give the plates without any friendly face. did not ask for dessert. we were shocked by the lack of interest . arrogant and no feeling with the guests. also the table next to us had problems. we will never go there again. because we did not tip she did not say anything anymore and left us at the table with open mouth . when we went outside they did not say anything. a discrace to the lovelyness of lech/zug"

"When skiing in Zurs, one day we thought of a drink and a snack. The restaurant is located in a hotel and very beautiful looking, but do not let you arrive in ski equipment and boots with snow drip. Also, it is a super short walk from and from the Zursersee lift, in fact, if there is a good amount of snow, you can even go to the door as we did one day! First visit we had a beer and pommes (6 euros) and I made the mistake to ask for water that came in a glass bottle that also cost 6 euros. Lesson learned. The staff is very nice, and a few days later, when we were back in Zurs, we decided to stop again for the actual lunch. The menu is not huge, but they have several options from main dishes, soups and salads to pasta. My husband got the spaghetti blog and I had Carbonara. Both dishes were 15 euros, but filled us up and were very good!"
