A very delightful experience which has brought me and my friends to an unforgettable night spent together drinking awesome beer and eating tasty food. Costumers have been quite friendly and open towards us.

Been here 3 times, cool place, cozy and nice design, really good fries and sauces, and the hamburgers weren't bad. You can find many types of beers, they are a little bit pricey but worth a try. I recommend trying this place at least once!

Unexpected find in a quiet Bari suburb. Great choice of beers, staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful making recommendations. The owner gave some great advice on the local area for places to visit and wrote down a list for us. The value was good and they showed a Serie A game. Great evening.

Plenty of space in this very welcoming bar restaurant. Tables get heavily booked up at weekends but they will find room for you if you want to eat, and there is plenty of space at the counter. Good range of beer (15 pumps) although surprisingly no bottles. All well priced at around €5 for 30cl or 50cl. Food is fine as well our plate of salumi and cheese was really good quality stuff. Big hello to Marco the helpful and entertaining barman!

If you're looking for food and wine, you have infinite options, but if you want fantastic beer options with friendly service and in a great location on Piazza Mercantile, this is your place! And they also have a few wine options. Most of their menu is casual, but they had a delicious Cheese/Prosciutto/Salami plate and refreshing cold Cucumber/Mint/Tomato soup. The hours given on tripadvisor show that it is closed in the late afternoon (as many things are on piazza mercantile), but our waitress advised that they are actually open straight through from 11:00 am to 2:00 am (perhaps these are summer hours).

I 've been here on several occasions and will certainly keep on returning. Why? Because it 's a great place to try the large variety of interesting beers on offer (which change every week or so , the food is good and reasonably priced (all types of pub-grub available on the menu and pasta dishes at lunchtime and the staff are superb: they know exactly what they are doing. In so many pubs in Bari the service is terrible; unfriendly, couldn 't-care-less attitude, little or no knowledge of their own products. Hop is different.
