"If I could give 0 I would Shocking service Food sub standard microwaved Hairs in food , looked like dog hairs. The most non authentic Spanish eatery. Manager rude and aggressive when constructively criticised. Bar staff drinking on the job and kitchen staff drinking a pint as cooking. Avoid like the plague ! EDIT I’m very confused as to the reply to this post I came with my partner and we had Different items as mentioned here and we certainly do not have a son. We visited a few weeks ago. So maybe have a re think on your response as I feel you have the wrong client. Clearly constructive criticism is not allowed in your establishment as we tried it for the first time , we were very disappointed despite the reviews before."

"Honestly I cannot express enough to anyone how amazing the food Is here . And last might I ventured out for a meal .. mybusual chicken balti but elsewhere ! .... I was so disappointed .. it was not a patch on Tandoori .. And I must add I am very fussy : I was put on a strict diet after losing my bowel so when I was allowed to eat real food again my senses had changed dramatically ! Processed food is the pits . And I find other takeaways use meat that is processed . Too much oil in food etc. I assure you all from my new found senses haha that the food here is fresh .. not over oily at all .. and prope fresh food and meat . The naan breads are the best around also . And well as for the price .. ? Cheapest around and much better value for money. Do not ever leave this town :D"

"I am difficult to satisfy, and the more the staff tries the more I look around to find issues. Honestly, I could not find any issues. Every single member of staff were very polite, welcoming and genuine. We were a large group and so there were some issues organizing who is having what, etc. But the staff were very understanding tolerant. They did an amazing job. I cannot say anything bad about the food at all, very tasty, perfect presentation and it was at the right temperature, 0 complaints from the guests. "We wanted to celebrate the birthday of a lovely lady in our craft group by all going out for lunch today. There were 11 of us and we were treated so well. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was delicious and the service impeccable. We're already booked in for our Christmas celebration lunch! "Greeted really nicely and the restaurant has a good atmosphere. Serviced quite well. It's our 2nd time here and still saw lots of oil in our food (in the sauce, napkins, plates etc) and my salmon was badly burned so I had to get that swapped with some chicken. However, staff advised that they ate it lol... good for them! Not very professional to say to a customer and try to make it sound as if I didn't know what burnt looked like lol. My hubby also pointed it out before I even said anything. The presentation was really nice, which I noted when placed onto the table but as I began to eat and properly noticed what was on my plate, I realised that it was not satisfactory. Masala cooks with alot less oil and are more professional with their customers. The organised events are catered for a certain clientele.
