"What a wonderful surprise after 20 years of saying, “We must try that place”. Generous portions doesn’t really define the quality, flavours and variety that arrived before us. My wife had the chicken shish that had all the depth of flavours you would hope for in Greece or Turkey with the smokiness of the charcoal grill infused with herbs and lemon! 5 star shish. The BBQ Ephesus Special is a riot of meats nothing short of cornucopia of flavours and textures all perfectly cooked. The mixed salad made the perfect accompaniment. This is a gem of a restaurant do it!"

beautiful place! delicious food! warm welcoming! absolutely in love with this restaurant. it has a garden that could fit into a big meeting - maybe about 80 people. the inside restaurant is very good and can get about 100. in any case it is recommended!

I love the food at this restaurant. The service was excellent - very friendly and welcoming. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. It's not the most expensive place, but it's conveniently located in the heart of Huntingdon city which I appreciate.

I visited in December, it was quiet and, despite this, there was a good trade going on. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, the staff were attentive and I will definitely go again. I can recommend this restaurant and its staff to anyone.

Nice welcoming staff in a gold sized and nicely set out restaurant, followed by very good food. Menu has plenty to go for including turkish and greek classics. I went for the mixed grill and the portion size was brilliant and so was the quality and taste of the food. Would definitely recommend.

The food was fantastic, the service was extremely friendly, and the prices were very affordable. We felt incredibly welcomed as soon as we arrived. The staff shared their recommendations for food and drinks. There were plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely return.

Turkish tea is awesome, feta cheese salad and the desert. Fantastic service and very friendly staff who have character. It is a restaraunt so slightly more expensive but seriously worth a few extra pounds for the quality and service. They do special deals too if your on a tighter budget. What an amazing place to spend time alone or with friends.

The new Turkish owner seems bent on making this place a plastic golf putting range out back in the garden and forgotten that his income should come from Turkish inspired food. We were seated in the garden and occasionally a member of staff came to if we needed anything. The drinks are way overpriced, and the food is bland and tasteless. I managed to discover parts of the plastic wrapper the salad arrives in dished up on my plate. The older garden furniture needs maintenance but the newer stuff looks pretty good, but no cushions.

The lunch deal at this restaurant is definitely worth it. I started with a delicious hummus and pita, followed by flavorful lamb kofta, which was both delicious and generously portioned. For dessert, we enjoyed baklava and Turkish coffee. The complimentary Turkish delight with the bill was a lovely touch. My vegetarian friend had lentil soup, which she described as divine, followed by falafel. Both dishes came with a fresh salad and the option of chips or rice. The service was friendly and efficient. All of this for only £8.50. We will definitely be returning.

"Re opened, refurbished and back with a bang! A classic thatched country pub which has been lovingly and sympathetically restored to more than its former glory, with new owners and new management. It now features a wonderful and sizeable pub garden with stunning views over the Cambridgeshire countryside with the quaint addition of Highland Cows who seem to enjoy watching the customers! Having been for drinks and food now on a couple of occasions, the menu is sophisticated, tasty with plenty of variety. If you're enjoying a drink in the garden, for nibbles, I highly recommend the cheese fritters they compliment a cool glass of Prosecco perfectly. There is an extensive wine list and a selection of cocktails on offer. Inside the pub, it's all olde world charm but with a modern twist and as much I love the warm weather, I almost can't wait to see a roaring fire in the two fireplaces! The staff are friendly and welcoming it's the sort of pub I'd be happy to go into on my own for a light lunch or just a drink. I can't wait to try their Sunday lunch which I've heard good things about already from those who have been! Considering it's a whole new team of people, the service understandably was a little bit slow as they were learning the ropes. However, on my last visit, I was impressed by how much slicker it was they're obviously fast learners. Can't wait to go back and support this quality pub/restaurant."
