it is a casino no restaurant. you have to go into a bar when you eat a drink with your meal.

We were running late and the staff very kindly held our table, the servers couldn't do enough and the food was amazing

sirloin steak was very good, but then they would expect that for the price there was allegedly a ́view ́, there was not. no one sat with views of the casino floor. Voir le carte

Very helpful staff, exciting environment with lots going on. Even though it was very busy, the service was attentive and fast. Good choice of food and wine. Well worth a visit

incredible steak. amazing service. cheap for theater and all central london. also other great facilities at the casino. pick up their member card before they eat for a discount.

Excellent dinner here with friends. Amazing atmosphere, quality decor and great service. Highly recommend the surf and turf and millionaires mac 'n ' cheese. Will be returning when wanting a good steak in London. Voir le carte

I had very specific nutritional requirements and preferably food not cooked in rapeseed/sunflower oil. but it seemed, although it was a prestigious kitchen, most of the things were pre-married/cooked and there was very little space for maneuvers that were disappointed. because of my health situation, I had to be careful and the menu was manifold enough to accommodate this, but the cooking process was quite rigid and lack of flexibility. I am very grateful to the waitress patricia, who was very attentive and helpful. would probably be back for an American steak in a year.

Selected low scores and the actual reason is that despite travelling for hours, paying to stay in a top notch London hotel and expecting to be able to dine at the restaurant I had booked weeks before, we were turned away at the door because Lurch the doorman' who looked like he was itching to break out his yellow belt in Judo, decided to be a jobs-worth about ID. My girlfriend is 23, so we are not talking about a situation with someone being close to 18 or even looking 18. But because they decided she looked under 25' (if you're aged 23 but look 28 you'd probably be ok) they refused to budge. Steak was seriously impressive. There were some oddities in the service though. I thought it was the kind of place that you wouldn’t usually go to unless someone else is paying. A lot of thought has gone in to the presentation of the food. It’s inside the Hippodrome casino so perhaps the customers want flashy, over the top presentation. The restaurant delivers that with beautiful bowls and dishes that come frothing with with dry ice. The Ocean Plate was nice but came with the wrong kind of soy sauce IMHO. Sushi is usually paired with a much lighter soy sauce. I had the 350g ribeye and it was some of the best steak I have ever had. Chimichurri sauce was nice. There are many steak options on t...
