Have ordered for years . Tonight's was a disaster. Greasy and cold. Just rubbish.

Ordered a prawn biryani , pilau rice The biryani was rice with prawns No sauce so it wasn't a curry £9.50 the rice was not pilau Basically I paid £13 for rice

We get a takeaway after work most Wednesdays. We live about 15 miles away from this take way but it without doubt the best takeaway for Indian food for miles. Superb flavour and choice of food. Thanks Nikki

Food order 45 minutes late. When I rang to find out what was going on they lied to me. However the manager, Imran, rang me later that evening to apologise and offered me a free meal to the same value. Now that’s what I call rectifying a problem. Voir le carte

Half an hour over time food our food delivery, making it hour and 1hour 45 minutes for food.. when phoning to ask where our food was just got told “on the way, ok” very rude. Think we will be going elsewhere from now on. Customer service needs to be better.

We are very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We have been loyal customers and have enjoyed many meals in the past, but tonight's set meal for 2 was excessively spicy and not enjoyable. The food has become too hot and spicy recently, making it not worth eating. We are concerned about the decline in quality and service at Heart of India. We hope they can address this issue before losing more customers.

We ordered a curry last night and we ordered from here as in the past we have had a nice meal from here but last night's food has put us off from using them again as we ordered our food just as they had opened and it didn't arrive until an hour and a half after ordering, we asked for extra cream on the lamb tikka masala and got the tiniest blob and it was too hot to be enjoyed, it ended up in the bin, when our food arrived it was cold. Takeaway food is by no means cheap these days and we expected better to be honest!!!!! Voir le carte
