"I had the chicken skewer. I found it under done so had it cooked some more. It was not cooked as I was expecting, I thought skewers would be cooked on the chargrill but it was cooked in a salamander, so the skin was soggy and as the pieces were over 1 inch thick it looked underdone. When it was returned it was edible, but feel that a bill of £45 was very expensive for something I did not enjoy. I shall not be visiting a harvester anytime soon. Sadly I shall be expressing my views to friends as well."

we have eaten here often. always excellent next to the overbooked mais on the cob. yesterday evening the restaurant was very cold, which the waitress told, but our meal preferred to pamper.

Won a 3 corse. Lunch for 2 very excited , nachos basic and cold dough balls chewy , been in microwave. Ordered a coffee stone cold. Main course just about warm. However desserts were lovely !

I had a wonderful, unhurried meal at this restaurant. The waitstaff was attentive and the food was delicious. I didn't sample the salad bar, but it appeared to have a good variety of options, and the free refills were a nice touch.

We have dined at this restaurant several times and have always had a great experience, except for the undercooked corn on the cob. However, our recent visit was marred by a very cold dining room, which the waitress acknowledged but still affected our enjoyment of the meal.

At Harvester, you get a great value for your money with generous portions of food. However, because it is a family-friendly restaurant, there may be some noise coming from babies and young children. We encountered some problems with a new waitress and an undercooked starter, but they were promptly resolved. The free salad bar and bread selection offered a wide variety and unlimited servings.

"Absolutely average restaurant. Dirty bamboo table mats and super dirty windows, kinda sad to look out of them. Impatient service, who under 6 minutes 5 times came back trying to pressure me to take my order. I was confused as I thought it was a restaurant not a fast food place. Silly me who used to live in Japan though the menu is just like there, with pictures. How wrong I was...So getting my phone to have a look at their website, what kinda different that in the restaurant menu card one. When I tried to ask for reconditions, I didn't get any, she just straight away took the last what I asked. The steamed algae was very nice, but my noodle soup was a big surprise, as I have no idea what's roasted (burned) pepper and massive chunks of onions doing there? It's supposed to be sea food, but instead just some burned vegetables scared with frozen octopus, mussels and mini calamari rings poured up with chicken broth. So yeah, kinda disappointing. Drink wise I asked the waitress do they have any tonic water as it isn't listed on the menu card, she looked at me like I am a weirdo. I asked for Roku gin what is my favourite. On the receipt was counted as an extra pound because Japanese. Lol, no comment. Getting the drinks, from other restaurants you get the spirit on the rocks in the glass and front of you they pouring the mixer drink from the mini bottle. Here not, just straight away together as it comes. Oh and don't bother asking without lemon, because you are getting one either way. So Akasaka restaurant did not become my favourite one. Once and last. Easily can be forgotten. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
