Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg

Service was very accommodating. People (Fleischpatty's) were dry like the desert. Pommes was okay.

Food was good. Service was good, nice place and historic inside. The store a little small, but because of the control was not crowded.

Love the staff here (English speaking as well as German) the food tastes excellent and situated in a lovely dock side location. We will be going back here. Voir le carte

Food and drink very well. As you know and expect from a Hard Rock Café. The staff super friendly and very flotted. All requests for change in food order have been implemented. You can communicate in German as well as in English.

Our server was lovely (I can’t remember her name now but she was a petite blonde with short hair). Very polite and friendly. Food was very nice and almost finished (too much for some I found cocktails were more sour than sweet personally even ones I’d normally expect to be sweeter. I had a vegetarian burger and I must say it was good, but not something I would go back for. My fries were too salty. But portions are great. Apparently the Guiness burger is very good and the chicken mac n cheese. Our server was attentive and funny. We had a great time. As you have a super view over the harbour I will definitely return. Cocktail list is big enough for every taste something. And they got a nice outside terrace for summer time

edwin is amazing! we had problems with google during booking and he was extremely helpful in correcting the problems and confusion. I did not get the name of the bartender and I wish I would do it. Black with dreads, he was sweet/child and funny. he makes great drinks! I'd sit back on the bar! aline (hoping i spelt that right) our server was so brilliant, friendly and wonderful with our two young. she is fast and efficient! speaks great English for which I was grateful. (updating, all the employees we met.) we were in almost every country we were, and this is definitely one of the top! I am sure back when we make it back to hamburg!

The ambience is really cool with all the exhibits the food is okay except that it is very sweet like the Pulled Pork, for example, you can think that is a package of sugar in the BBQ sauce. The burger and the appetizer were top. But what has been very unsatisfactory was the hot dog of our daughter, the bun has been so hard that bunbag bread is still juicy in comparison. After a later question, because too little waiters were there for the guests present, whether this has to be the case, the manager came directly. Although this has directly apologised and protected from his staff and of course also took the hot dog from the bill, for us there is no hardrock café anymore at our next visit to H... Voir le carte
