Awesome place. Excellent service and the food is beautiful. Was so full after having pulled pork burger and pig fries... Couldn't resist apple pie for desert though. Deffo going back.

I really needed a mains supply as my phone was running out of battery and they the man who greeted me was friendly and lead me to a four person table so I could charge my phone. The service was friendly and quick. The food...was fresh and delish

Decided to pop in while having a visit to Meadowhall. Wish I hadn’t! Think it one of the worst burgers I’ve had (yes just personal opinion). Didn’t have a hand made feel to it. Soooo pressed it was like a Tesco bought burger. The roll...had been frozen and fell apart. The chicken was why it got stars. Decent chicken tenders. Overall. for of us. Waste of money. We came to the restaurant as it was open when others were not on our morning shopping outing. So glad we did as they were very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and good value for what you get, Husband had the venison burger...and will be going back for more. Our waitress Jess was friendly and efficient and very good at persuading us to come back to try their apple pie in the future. Worth a visit.

My friend and I came here for a quick bit before shopping: although it was a Saturday, we were seated more or less straightaway. After taking a while to consider all my options (the number of different burgers is fab I went for the Peanut...Butter Bacon. There wasn’t all that much peanut butter, but I enjoyed, and it filled a gap. Everything about this visit was ‘Very Good’. I reckon I’d go for a Brie Cranberry next time!

Staff seemed friendly at the beginning to entice you into visiting the restaurant. However, the moment you sit down, this changes and you are left to yourself. When you eventually grasp the attention of the staff, they will forget what you’ve asked for. Don’t bother...with getting a refillable drink as the staff don’t come around to refill it, in the two hours we were trapped in there, we had two refills, those of which were in the last fifteen minutes. After disappointment with the attitude from the lass at TGI's, the staff at The Handmade Burger Co. across the Court were an absolute delight!! Jess was our server and she, along with the two additional gentlemen that we dealt with were sincere, attentive and jovial....Spot on customer service at such a busy time!! The fact that the food was absolutely gorgeous made the experience extra special. We will be returning and would recommend the Venison burger and the dirty fairground burger!! I'm now off to write a review for TGI to thank their server for driving us across the Court!!!

My year old wanted a Five Guys burger so we took him there first and then onto this place for myself and partner to eat Cue very slow to go down even though the place was around capacity After been in the cue...for minutes we got to the front only for the waitress to say it would be between minutes and hour for our order to come! I believe she said this to deter people from coming in as by now it was obvious they were short on waiting staff.The food was ordered and drinks arrived after minutes minus my glass of wine which I had to ask for minutes later.Food arrived in a reasonable time but the presentation and quality was lacking with bread past it's best Won't be calling here again should h...

Myself and my wife attended HBC last night, were quickly shown to our table and drinks order taken. Waitress came back with drinks and took our good order. minutes later and having watched every other customer receive their food we were still waiting for...ours. I asked the waitress who served us, who must have known we hadn’t had our food after an inordinate amount of time if we would have to wait much longer and she then went to enquire. A few minutes later a waiter came back and explained that they’d managed to lose our order and hadn’t started cooking it! He explained it would “probably be another minutes or so” before we got it.
