"I attended today for the first time with my family of 5 and dog. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere friendly locals. Very welcoming and kind especially to our dog. We came in soaking wet and they gave us a towel to dry our dog and a blankets, treats and toys.! How lovely to receive such a lovely welcome and the service was excellent we all ate 2 courses every meal was delicious and great portion sizes. Wish I lived closer I would be a regular no doubt. 100% will be back again. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon"

Very nicely run pub, with a good atmosphere. Many TV’s in the building at every angle, excellent for sporting events. Excellent, hot fresh pub food. Must try…! Tables are cleaned and not sticky like some places. Staff are excellent all with a smile, they look after you well. A few parking spaces available, could get full at times.

We love this place, Dave and tess who run the pub do a very good job, at different times of the day and week this pub is truly all things to all people, I’ve been using this pub since the seventies and truly ,.. it’s never been better than it is now . Great food good prices and manages to be a proper community pub as well as serve food, so if you just want a drink you don’t feel you’re in a restaurant which is a good trick not many pubs manage to pull off. Love it.
