"Called in with my husband and 1 year old. Place was realativly busy, however it was difficult to find a clean table. I had to clear a table in the corner for us to sit. There were food bits on the floor, general grime, dirt, and both tables had dirty plates and trays no one came to clear it during our time there (approx.45 min). High chairs are available. However, these were also filthy food inside them, dirt, and grime. I had to use a milton wipe to clean one before I put my baby into it. Tray bakes and coffee were very good however, a complete deep clean of the premises is seriously needed."

We find Grounds coffee far exceeds Costa and Neros for quality and taste.

I normally like Ground but this places coffee are not on par with the other ones I've been to, disappointing

Coffee was good. But the service is very slow, even with 3 people working behind counter. Lucky I was not in a hurry.

It's now a bad spot for a coffee or drink. Whilst this is better than other Ground cafes, where lots of the food is left out in the open and not covered enough to keep it away from insects. Voir le carte

Not sure I'm fond of this Ground location. When I visited it was late afternoon and the place looked a bit worn and had food crumbs etc on the floor, tables felt sticky. Not impressed, unlike other ground locations close by !!

I have no complaints about the service staff or food/coffee. All of it is great. However... They have setup with a smart parking service that has sent me a £100 fine a month and a half later as I stayed over 3 hours (while I was a paying customer here, working on my laptop). As I paid cash I have no receipt, but have tried appealing. Unfortunately it has put me off returning. What kind of coffee shop limits your ability to work there, then fines you after buying their product and using their service. Smartparking is a joke
