"Stayed overnight and had an evening meal. Excellent. The breakfast also was very good...cereals and so forth, plus cooked food. We loved all the plants in the beer garden. Rooms: Our room was very good. However, my husband didn 't notice a sign saying 'Warning, step down into the bathroom ' or words to that effect, so stumbled and nearly hit his head! He couldn 't have a shower since it was above the bath and he is disabled so couldn 't use that (but only one night , so it didn 't matter). I don 't know if the inn has facilities for those with disabilities...you would have to check the website for accessibility etc. Anyway, the water and shower were nice and warm. And there was coffee, tea, milk and biscuits...and shampoo...I don 't recall if there was shower gel. Bed was comfortable. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value"

Lovely food.good price.had shrimp cocktail followed by seabass, both lovely.only thing I would say is that like a lot of places now staff think it's OK to start clearing table before we have all finished and to lean across to pick plates up. Otherwise all good Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet Voir le carte

Despite living in Lutterworth for several years growing up, this was only the 2nd ever time of visiting The Greyhound. It still remains very well kept inside with a lot of the architecture and features showing the age of the building itself. Polite staff, and not massively pricey drinks. No overly loud music playing either meaning this was a very tranquil place to go for a quiet drink in the afternoon. Looking to go back for a food visit on my next trip to Lutterworth

I have read some of the reviews that are not complimentary and just shook my head. A car park is situated behind the hotel, 5 metres away. It is a Georgian building so the rooms are small and yes, there was a cobweb in my room BUT..the bed was comfortable, I had a great couple of nights sleep. You could open the window to keep the room at a temperature you like. The breakfast was lovely, very filling. The staff were superb, professional, approachable and friendly. I will go back. "Visited for Sunday Lunch Service as a small group of friends Wow!! Venue: Ample parking, located near Lutterworth near easy to access. A beautiful restaurant with warm cozy Christmas decor Staff: So friendly and attentive! Not ever received service this perfect nor...as enjoyable The gentleman making the drinks at the bar was superb and so flexible, we were not keen to drink alcohol for lunch so he kindly adjusted the menus for cocktail into mocktails! Highly recommend all the creations, in particular the passionfruit and pineapple mocktail! Thank you so much! Each dish came with a brief introduction and Chef Alexander even personally came to the table at the end of the meal to discuss the dishes! Food: Beyond words- it is amazing! This place truly deserves Michelin Star status the menu consisted of the Romanian bread with truffle butter, the salmon roulade, the turkey (I only picked turkey as a homage to Christmas and usually have extremely low expectations as it is difficult to cook as it is often dry this dish was so tender and flavour some its mind blowing. Highly recommend! The dessert was pear pastry with coffee /tea- The whole experience was perfect (I hardly ever use that word I would highly recommend this establishment and would have no hesitation in returning in fact we plan to when it reopens in Jan for their Spring Menu Wishing the establishment and all its staff a very Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!"
