The selection of excellent Dim Sum, such as the egg tagliolini with fish of which even just the story of the preparation made you hungry, a steamed and crispy defatted goose served with plum jam and its jus and a delicious pork. The desserts chosen, citrusy tapioca pearl parfait and another, imperial, with ginger ice cream and matcha tea, were also very good. You leave light and happy.
