Love ordering a takeaway from here when staying at the caravan park up the road. Never been disappointed. Excellent curry and my child enjoyed the pizza, for £5 its pretty good. The specials menu is worth a look! Food: 5 Service: 5 Voir le carte

As for parking, there’s free off-road parking right in front of the building. In terms of accessibility, the entrance is all on one level and the doorway is a good size, although you might need assistance with the main door. Overall, I ordered takeout for dinner, and it was a satisfying meal!

"This was our first time here, it is a beautiful country pub. The food was delicious and the waiting staff were really friendly. It was almost a perfect experience until coming to pay. We were eating with a my auntie who insisted on paying the bill, however I made it clear I was discretely paid some of the bill when when ordering puddings and asked it not to mentioned when giving the final bill. We got to the till to pay and I’m presuming the manager made a big deal of the till being frozen and stating that it was “because someone has paid a portion of the bill” and then proceeded to ask whether one of us had already paid some of the bill, which was just frustrating as my auntie would have been non the wiser otherwise. Additionally, I paid a portion of the bill at least 30 minutes prior, so I am doubtful it was my transaction that caused the issue."

"We were staying in the village of Cresswell and Lynemouth was the nearest place for some Chinese food that we could find so we thought we would give this place a try. We ordered 3 meals from this place. A Chicken Curry, Chicken in Blackbean and Beef Satay, with each dish costing c.£7. I requested the Chicken Curry to be made spicy (just a personal preference) but maybe they forgot to add the chili as the curry was very mild. The curry sauce was rather watery and the chicken most certainly did not taste fresh but tasted frozen. The Chicken Blackbean had a salty taste and again, the chicken tasted frozen. On the positive side, there was a nice amount of veg (peppers and onions) and they were nice and crunchy. The Beef Satay was marginally better, although there was a distinct lack of beef. There are takeaways restaurants in Ashington just s few miles further so I will try one of them next time."

"Absolutely dreadful visit. Waited 15mins for burger and fries !? After using the ridiculous ‘self ordering’ screens which take forever, clearly a time consuming tactic, to actually work and process your order, then had to wait for ages to my meal being ‘prepared’ on the screen. This is due to the fact that so much time is now spent by staff putting together orders for the JUST EAT and/or DELIVEROO chaps waiting for their purchases. Disgusting that customers that are in the store are having to wait so long in order to appease the pathetic customers that can’t even be bothered to leave the house to consume fast fast. won’t bother going back that’s for sure. Oh and ‘medium’ fries have certainly lost some weight in the last six months !!! Looks like even McDonalds are skimming and holding back on their customers these days. Shame as they’re a multi billion dollar company. Passing on their losses to customers already struggling in a cost of living crisis."

"This is the best place for gluten-free and vegetarian takeout! They even called me after I placed my order to go over the ingredients and make sure everything was okay for me. When the food arrived, it was all labeled as gluten-free. The taste was absolutely impeccable! The delivery driver was also very friendly. I wouldn't order from anywhere else!"
