I noticed an asterix by this option and after looking at the menu button on the back became clear that this dish included milk product that was actually in the guacamole. I asked that the guacamole be removed from my teller. when my meal arrived, it had melted all the cheese, which was not even included in the description (for obvious reasons.) when I addressed the thema, I felt that I had met by several employees with hostility (also not by the actual person with whom I addressed the problem.) my meal was taken away and on his return came back without a dress guole on it or had a clear cam so, although all the advertising boards screamed vegan friendly' all that was actually screaming out of me was the inexperience the kitchen staff have with the preparation vegan meal times. it was a real scandal and a really overpriced and not very beautiful experience."

Nice outside area to sit right at the Hackesche Hoefe. The place is very touristy. Staff was very friendly but unfortunately the food was not that exciting.

We went for breakfast two days ago and wanted somewhere in the center. Not only were the staff incredibly rude but the food was disgusting and completely overpriced.

Ate here several times whilst in Berlin. Clean with a nice ambience. Good selection of dishes, can recommend the pasta, cheeseburger and pizzas. I thought the prices were reasonable. Good service and the food is hot.

We ate here one night and did try for a second.The first night we ate we sat outside and listened to the excellent female busker. The food was sightly pricey but very nice and we recieved attentive service.We decided to return a couple of days later, after waiting we were put in a dark corner and ignored ... After a few minutes we decided to leave.So if you get served and get a seat outside this place is worth a visit.

this is a emergency solution because they are open early to late and very friendly. very nice interior, large space outside (100 seats or so.) they could not take care of vegan (all torte is not vegan etc.) but decided in 2018 to introduce a vegan menu with some items. eating coffee quality is good. the hotel is located in the middle of the tourist site hackescher Markt, which is also a tram-Bahn spot. they let them sit with only one coffee or glass wee without disturbing them.

We really liked the menu so decided to have dinner. The welcome was a bit loud, they all seemed to communicate very loud and popular. The food wasn't that good, nacho chicken with pesto chicken and garlic bread with some greens on it. It wasn't awful, just not good enough. We payed and while I walked away the guy who I just asked for the bill asked me to come have dinner, he didn't recognized the group. A sign he wasn't very interested in his guests at all , it just added up to the general experience.

We met there with friends for a meal on a Sunday night. Service was ok we quite liked the outdoor seating area however we were very disappointed in the quality of food. The snitzel was simply a snitzel and chips which they charged €13 for, we asked for the waiter to bring us some water but he said that would cost us €6.50 then at the end after we felt we had already overpaid for the meal the waiter demanded we pay a 10% tip which we resisted initially and then after further demanding reluctantly paid.We strongly recommend you avoid this place.

Unless you want to eat your dinner with the biggest street rats I've ever seen. Staff as so incredibly rude.We were eating under the umbrellas where most of the tables are and continually saw rats running up and down. We decided to move tables because of the problem and told a waiter we were moving.Next thing we knew we were being shouted at by another member of staff because we'd moved even though we'd informed someone we were moving tables.
