"I had for 13.11. to a family celebration, a table in this local reserved. I already noticed the little hospitable species that I did not know from earlier. because it was a celebration in the close family circle with 8 people, I asked for a quiet table where you can talk. the waiter who received us was still quite friendly and accompanied us in the next room at the owalen table. Unfortunately, we were not in a position to be able to communicate normally with each other without screaming. with verifiable, this is not our way and so no talk came up. it took until the waiter came again and the menu cards had. we ordered water and two aperitif, as most guests still had to drive home. we ordered from the daily offer, 2 times gans, 1 times ochsenbrust (was out) and 2 other dishes were also out (but were always informed only after the order, then the gast was allowed to reorder and soon got the message that the newly selected court was no longer available. last but not least, there were 2 more carvings, 1 rumpsteak, medium (being dry and tough, still edible inside) and for the vegetarian at the table the goat cheese in nusspanade an tomaten- chutney. the greeting from the kitchen, was at a distance the best what was served. the gans was in order, a small portion, which made at least a little joyful. the goat cheese could not be eaten, the panade was unbearably bad, as the nuts were probably a bit burned. the tomato chutney without real taste and the field salad to it, uninterestingly perfumed. the court went back and was not calculated. we waited for the appetizer good 1 1/2 hours without the oberkllner had a ton of regret. in the opposite, the man with the red glasses made himself really funny that there was a vegetarian at the table. Instead of a consulting, he almost threw the teller before me. when he realized that it is now time to behave as much as it could expect a paying hospitable, he actually sat next to me in the hocke and asked if he could fulfill me any wishes. me and my guests have been the appetit and the joy of visiting the restaurant. my nephew wanted to take a dessert and ordered a crème brûlée. as a delightful dessert, which is otherwise a wonderful pleasure to experience, I was already appalled to see the consistency, let alone try it. old and too strong and in unbearable combination with walnut ices. that was the crowning conclusion. my nephew ate it because he was a little hungry. a table that was occupied significantly later was served much more timely. I then asked for the bill and told the oberkllner, with the red glasses, that he can cancel the table reservation for the next Thursday. a few days later, my friend called me, with whom I was originally here on this Thursday, and told me that woman was small, one of the owners of the local, wanted to listen to what happened this Sunday. we should come by and be invited. we had already reserved in an excellent st. ingberter local. when my friend wasn't there, she referred to me and gave her my phone number. Woman little has not reported. we will not visit this locally after we have heard of other guests in the known circle only from negative experiences."

I spend a night in this nice pecefull hotel. Please note that the kitchen closes at 21:00. the hotel reception gave us the address next to the hotel where the restaurant was opened, so no problem. room was spacious and clean. bed was good. the bathroom was large and worked well. the breakfast is very good for Germany. nothing special but beautiful German standard hotel. sleep quality very good. I was on a Friday for the first time in the golden star for a lunch. the pseronal is extremely friendly and committed. if we want to eat well in St. ingbert, the golden star is a favorite for us. at our last visit, weren't all courts to have. this is a pity, but speaks for a fresh purchase. the food is very tasty, has pfiff, is not cheap, price- performance are in order. our absolute favorite is the fish soup. well we also like the option to choose from the card the dish in small or large portion. the personal is very friendly, especially the Spanish waiter, his colleague also, especially if you know him better.

this is a really nice hotel close to the center of st. ingbert and the autobahn. the rooms are old-fashioned, but also modern. the rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the internet speed is good and there are free parking available next to the hotel. there is also a super market 2 minutes to walk from the hotel. at least a nice accommodation if you are in st. ingbert or want to be close to saarbrücken. the hotel also offers a gym and the breakfast is very good. So it came that this time we were able to hold our Christmas dinner with only one mug and four mugs as well as the associated Lord and the three related women, which was a pity. Nevertheless, the mood at the table was excellent and we had a lot of fun. The old brewery is still considered one of the first addresses in Sankt Ingbert in terms of food and drink. Especially since last December the operator and chef in the choir of the Maître Cuisiniers de France (worldwide 500 members, where Mr.Dauphin and a cook from Munich are the only two German title holders, he has earned himself for years to spread the French cuisine. Even I could not visit the brewery with one of my grandchildren sitting in a wheelchair. As always, I could not keep everything that was drunk at the table, this applies both to the cremants and to the red wines and their prices. It was easier this time with food; only the woman of a co-mucker danced here with her order from the row, all other guests at the table chose the same menu. My wife, yesterday with driving service, first drank her usual averna (EUR 3.10 and then another alcohol-free Franciscan wheat (EUR 3.90 ; in my case it was first an alcohol-containing Franciscan yeast wheat (EUR 0.5l 3.90 and then two glass Grauburgunder (0.2l EUR 6.90 from Karl Petgen winery). This Grauburgunder is for me exactly as a safe bank as the Riesling of Petgen Dahm; in both wines, you can make absolutely nothing wrong. As already mentioned, I cannot say much about other drinks at the table (Cremant, Merlot, Montepulciano and mineral water. The daily menu 1 for EUR 36,50 was, as already mentioned, the hit at our table: Fried scampi on red wine butter, with cauliflower puree Iberico pork fillet in Pommery Senfkruste, with Chicorée Champignongemüse and married Nougat Crême Brulée. Previously, there was a small glass of graypes, table laces and horseradish as a greeting from the kitchen, as well as a kind of Bonsai cheese biscuits; very picant and absolutely harmonious. Very tasty also the first gang, with a house like the brewery simply wouldn't have to call it shrimps as scampi from my point of view. Either way, the sea dwellers were absolutely cooked to the point; I would have liked to have had more of it, especially since I did not know it in combination with red wine butter. Perfect the Iberico pig; also here the cooking point hit wonderfully, very great the married, the chcorée Champignongemüse I would not have missed if it had not been on the plate. When eating the Nougat Crême Brulée, I forgot that I don't really like Nougat. That's something to say. Up.
