"Truely Authentic Italian Food. I live in Sydney where we have a fantastic authentic italian quarter, I also lived in Italy for a year so I have eaten a lot of really great Italian food. Consequently I can be very critical when trying new italian restaurants so believe me when i say i think i have had my best italian food tonight. I do not usually write reviews, but i feel compelled to tell people about this meal. The staff are extremely warm and friendly and the restaurant has a wonderful intimate feel to it. The waiter, manager and head chef had all greeted us within a minute of entering the restaurant. You very quickly feel like you are back in italy with the family. Although the menu is quite short with around 5-6 choices for starters, pasta dishes and main courses we seemed to take forever to decide between the different options as they all seemed so appealing. When the food came we were not disappointed. Each dish used beautiful fresh ingredients as well as home made pastas, i cannot express how sensational they were. As the restaurant primarily serves food from puglia I tried the Orecchiette with brocoli and italian sausage which is a regional speciality. genuinely i have not had flavours like this outside italy, and infact not even in the north of italy. My partner ordered the amatriciana which is apparently the chef's speciality dish and was incredible. It looked like a typical tomato based sauce but the flavours were perfectly balanced and the flavour sublime. For dessert, i had tiramisu, for that is how i judge italians. it is a simple dessert which is why it is hard to make it stunning. This was fantastic and innovative, the bicsuit base was more chocolatey and crumbly with cream some how melted and mixed in the base. They really have a winning combination here. The friendly warm southern italian staff, who continue to perpetuate the notion of the hospitality and warmth of the italians as well as the beautiful fresh food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a genuine italian experiance. I can't wait to go back."

love this place! great vibe and eat! really Italian, but a bit too expensive. we had a great experience, though we were really busy and then not easy to manage. deffo recommend it

good Italian cuisine, great location and beautiful atmosphere. the witness is very friendly and welcoming. my cacio pepe part was really big! I would recommend it to the Italians who live in london who miss home.

I was the first time we tried this place yesterday and this place was amazing. beautiful personal and great ambiente. the menu was good, we have ordered pizzas; margherita and gola. they have the best pizza, they just do magic with aromen, simply amazing and not so expensive. we will come back soon and would recommend this place to others.

it has been 4 months, I visit this place and I am totally in love with this place. I and my friend often come together or sometimes with our families here. this place has the authentic Italian food. their wee are amazing and pastas are for to die. my favorites from the menu are pizzas, I tried them all and they are just so good. visit this place and they will not be disappointed.

I have walked past Gola many times and loving the warm and buzzy atmosphere it seems to have, I booked for the 4 of us and scoured the menu several times before our visit.
