"in the frame of a virgin experience we had a night in the crowne plaza marlow, which included a three-course dinner and breakfast. the meal was absolutely delicious with four choices per cursor. the presentation and taste were of a very high standard and a very pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. beautiful supplements made it extra special like camramelized nuts and a macron with the tarte tatin for dessert- see photo. I dropped a star because unfortunately the service did not meet the high standard of the meal. we waited a long time to give our order, our starter came before our drinks, the waiter had to be reminded of our water and there was a long waiting period before they took our dessert order. we were also not given any bill at the end of the meal, as it was part of our Virgin package, but at the review from the hotel the next day the congratulation without our approval was added - this is a real annoyance from me and I asked that it be removed. it's a shame that we could not just tap the chefs. the next day the breakfast was excellent. it was self-serving and there was a huge selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, chalk, toast, cold meat, cheese, baked and a complete English breakfast with high-quality products to choose from."

the service was on the point that was intentionally beautiful and the scones were the best I ever had. thanks for the warm welcome. my friends and I enjoyed the afternoon very much. will definitely visit more often.

Nice wide open restaurant, bar, and observatory combination with a view of a garden and lake. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. We ate or drank here several times during our stay. Breakfast is 4/5 and lunch 3.5/5.

we went to the afternoon and afternoon tea in the restaurant glaze and the service was excellent. grace was attentive and friendly so our experience was beautiful. the fish and chips were very good and the burger was a generous part. would return for the service. thank you grace!

The food was quite nice, however, on booking in at reception we could not book until 20.45. We went to the bar earlier and there were several unoccupied tables which remained unoccupied. We got in earlier but waited 50 mins for our starter with no explanation. It was not even one that required cooking. The waiter although polite didn't ask us if we needed more drinks. Overall we were disappointed

I stayed at this restaurant on a Saturday night and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast on Sunday was equally as good. Marshall took great care of everyone, and Bridget was excellent as well. On a Saturday evening, our stay at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and made our experience a pleasant one. The dinner in the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast on Sunday was just as good. Marshall took very good care of us and Bridget was also excellent. The manager, Marshall, was extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful during our weekend breakfast shift. He went above and beyond to assist my friend and me, even checking in to see if we needed anything else during our meal. The service was excellent. I also want to express my gratitude to Sabu for resolving an issue with our pre-booked afternoon tea. Although the booking hadn't been communicated to the staff, she managed to make it happen. The cakes were delicious. This isn't the first time the restaurant has been unaware of a booking, indicating a lack of communication between departments in this area. Despite this, the hotel is lovely overall with friendly and accommodating staff.
