I might have missed it on the menu entirely because it was either absent or very hard to find. When the bill arrived, the charge seemed to be presented in a way that would make it easy to overlook. This isn't the fault of the staff, but I believe Giraffe should reconsider this practice because it can leave a negative impression on customers. It feels frustrating and not very transparent, which is something that can tarnish the dining experience. Despite this, I’d recommend trying out Giraffe, and if you're uncomfortable with the service charge, don’t hesitate to ask for its removal. Thank you!"
