"La qualité du schnitzel était malheureusement très mauvaise. Nous avons fait le choix sur recommandation, mais nous avons été très déçus! Ils étaient si extrêmement fins que l'on pouvait à peine voir la viande sous la panure. Ils étaient également assez gras. Semblait avoir été une très mauvaise qualité de viande, du moins ce jour-là. "wir waren als Paar zum Abendessen im Forstamt. Wir hatten nicht reserviert, erhielten aber dennoch einen schönen Platz im freien. Die zwei Servicekräfte begrüßten uns mit einem Lächeln und nahmen die Getränke auf. Gerne wurden wir auch zur Getränkeauswahl beraten. Das Lokal hat eine übersichtliche Speißekarte mit saisonalen und regionalen Gerichten. Wir haben ein Herrensteak mit 300g medium mit Salat und Kräuterbutter, sowie einen Rostbraten mit Bratkartoffeln gewählt. Dazu wurde ein Württembergischer Lemberger serviert. Der Wein war wie erwartet gut, das Fleisch wie gewünscht medium und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Speißen waren schön angerichtet. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt - die Bratkartoffeln waren zu knusprig - etwas weniger lange in der Pfanne wäre perfekt gewesen. Zum Abschluss wurde ein Espresso gereicht. Immer wieder kam die Bedienung - unaufdringlich, aber aufmerksam - mit einem Lächeln. Wir hatten den Eindruck, da macht jemand seinen Job gern. Und das gefällt uns sehr gut. Daher - Lage, Service - Preis und Leistung, Getränke und Auswahl der Speißen vier Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
