Very nice staff, good German cuisine, freshly prepared carving with self-made sauce, very good price-performance ratio. Nice ambience. Especially was the ham cheese plate.

Super delicious carving. Top wine, typical Mosel. Wonderful, over and over. There are people who only sign up on google to write negative reviews. They're people with no public address. They just want to hurt shops.

It may have been just the evening, the atmosphere or the company but, honestly, the schnitzel I ordered was just about the best I have ever tasted. Topped with bacon and a fried egg, with to-die-for potatoes on the side, it was fabulous. If you...are ever in this beautiful town on the Mosel, try this place.

This is a great restaurant with a lovely view of the river especially in the summer season when one can sit outside on the Terrace. Service is good and friendly and the schnitzels are excellent especially with their house pepper sauce. We have now been...to this restaurant three times and will go again on the days it is open in winter. Really good wholesome food, great salads and excellent wine to accompany the meals. The restaurant itself is closed (generell without further explanation of the service in the beer garden, which belongs to it). 8:00 a.m. there was no food left, kitchen was also because everything was fresh. Burgers with Pommes were pretty big as we saw at the other guests. But from 8:00 p.m., guests are no longer interesting, despite beautiful late summer weather and the Corona restrictions. Too bad because the restaurant is advertised on the internet.

Saturday evening at pm the place was crowded, and one large table was still waiting for a group to arrive. So we were happy to receive the last available table for the three of us, and soon got menus to read. Service was just...fine and attentive, the waiters had time to handle us and the group that arrived a bit later after us. Well, they forgot my green salad, while others got theirs, but what the heck. I had the Schnitzel Wintner style with grilled potatoes, and it was good, even if the grapes did not add anything really exciting. The suggested Deer with sauce and red cabbage was really good. Good drinks, nice staff. I can recommend.

We arrived late on Monday and the kitchen was already cleaned and closed. Having met the same situation with all the restaurants on other side of the river earlier we thought that was it. But, to our surprise, whilst we were ordering our drinks the...owners kindly and quietly decided to reopen the kitchen for us and minutes later we were served with some delicious turkey and apricot dish. Overlooking the beautiful view of Zell across the river on the terrace what would have been a miserable evening turned something happy and memorable. This is a place run by people who truly care about their guests. Do walk over the foot bridge to Zell-Kaimt and try this cozy place for their wonderful home c... Voir le carte
