The fish was alright, but not very hot. The chips were poor quality with lots of hard bits and barely warm. I was disappointed because my last visit was better. I was hoping for more consistency.

Great fish and chips and service, but don’t go in winter as they leave the door open. The last two 3 times I’ve been I shut the front door but a member of staff came and opened it again, so I left. They need an automatic door closer. Shame really I’d love to go through the winter. Voir le carte

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I purchased 2 chip muffins/barms, but when I walked 5 minutes to a bench to eat them, I found that the chips were barely warm. Additionally, it seems that they use frozen bread products. Are there any good chip shops in Lancashire?

I have visited this restaurant several times, as well as other fish and chip shops in the area, and this place is definitely the best when it comes to fish and chips in the area, if not the entire north west. The fish and chips are always of top quality with fresh ingredients, just like the ones your mum used to make.
